Yeah I was kinda wondering the same thing. Im no scripter, But I thought it would be cool at least to sync the date so that time for sunrise, sunset and moon phase were same as in RLworld.

I play over at armai and I run my TS and a High-res physical map in PS CS2 that i can add notes to over teh course of a day. It was nice to have reference map of paraiso up while you worked your way around it. It doesn't have live markers on it, but it helped allot.

Any medium sized fishing vessels to put in the bearths @ Corazol or any other port town on the island would be awesome. I did see that someone has a large container ship in the works but i think it may more scenery than actual vehicle but still really cool. Tankers, tugs and barges would also add tons of ambiance to the harbours. @cjtroop The porting of ofp addons (especially vehicles) to ArmA is apparently not so easy. check around in the ArmA modeling section for more on that.

I would like to see more civilian aircraft and aircraft in general. I have seen a ton of cool stuff for OFP but I dunno If the original authors are gonna import/update to ArmA. I like Acks Protect and Serve addons and look forward to more police and criminals.

Ive owned ArmA since the German dvd release and have never had so many problems trying to connect to mp games. I recently made some major hardware upgrades to my mobo and ram. I did a fresh install of XP all the drivers etc and a couple benchmarking apps and ArmA. i started out with the stock 1.05 patch that i had been running before the upgrade and would always crash to desktop when i tried to connect to a game. I uninstalled and reinstalled arma to 1.05, still no dice. i then tried eraseing the MP cache file as suggested in another thread, no go. I can play single player just fine and decided to see if i could connect to any MP game in any game. I loaded up the latest americas army sf build and connected to a couple of games and played through no problem. So I know the hardware is ok. I then patched arma to 1.07, I dont crash when I connect now i get 0 kb mission files that never load and if I do get a real mission file it wont go past the startup map screen. Any Ideas?
