Hi....I know I said is bad to do two Addons at the same time but I couldn't resist doing some work at home. ( I do the ferret in my brake time at my work place)
So I have been modeling this nice almost harmless helicopter ( i still don't know if I will put him a door machine gun)
I will have to unwrapp it before start texturing it...but i'm planing to make both a British Wessex and an American S-58 with it as both are almost the same....so you can use it either in Vietnam or in the Falklands. The S-58....I think should have a machine gun.

well...what I saw so far from this guy long time ago was static objects...straight pieces of railway and maybe train wagon themselves but nothing makes us think that they work specially because....
-The train might not follow the rail way.....
-And very important it cannot pull any vehicle behind that I know...

I am the first who would like working trains in game...that and a proper spitfire to blow them with

It has been fixed....and it has killed his first enemy

I´m going to finish now the interiors...
By the way....how do I make a custom view for the gun and the driver?...I mean that flat black Image...

Well...
The thing is that I´m better making models than exporting them ;p...actually I´m crap exporting them ;p
I have used some bits from other configs, and I have checked several times the naming so I don´t have a clue what I´m missing

The thing is that I tried BIS jeepMG with my config that means that it should be OK...so the problem should be the LODs and their selections naming....
I´m going to have someone to have a look to it because I have made a mess with all the changes I have been doing to fix it.....

Hi...
I managed to put the Ferret in game but...
The bloody turret doesn´t moves...I don´t understand why because the shadow of the turret does

I would be grateful if some one would like to help me export the model because it´s probably something stupid I´m missing.
Everything it´s suposed to be named and have it´s axis so...

If I make a model and config it as a jeepMG, make the correct selections and axis...the turret should work....doesn't it?
Or should I write something in the config file?......
I'm loosing my mind.... ;P

Probably is an old one....
I have given the name to the geometry in the 1.000 LOD
in the geometry, in the fire geometry...
Also the memory points, the axis and that stuff... I had a look to brsseb´s tutorial of the gun boat.....
I´m lost what can be wrong?...the aim point moves but not the turret....
Any idea?

Hi.
My wheels textures work fine but when in certain position it gets lighted...like auto iluminated....
When driving it happens when the wheels rotate 360 degrees...so always in the same position....
Any Idea why or how to solve this?

Have you seen a real BMP?
I have to say that after one year playing flashpoint and so get used to it´s size I was very surprised when I saw one ( I touched it...so you can see how close I saw it
) in Duxford tanks Hangar.It is Massive....it´s its shape what might have lead you to think it should be smaller.
I think they have the scale right

How should I config a wheeled turreted vehicle?...
Is there any list of named parts? or so...I know nothing yet about naming pieces

well....I keep the PSDs at 1024x1024...so no problem...
The model is quite good for my portfolio but not as good for the game

I´m going to do some diferent cammos and then the interior...
Can you use Tga´s inside the game?

Next will be the cockpit... a need a new lifetime....

Any way...I have exported it to the game as an object...just to try the textures and the pac fromat looses a lot of detail Â
