Hello everyone, I started working on a standalone version of the foxholes included in Invasion 44's alpha release. They are basically a vehicle based on a static M2 with the gunner slot being sunken halfway into the ground and some eventhandlers which add/remove the weapons and ammo of the unit being in the foxhole to the foxhole vehicle. This is how the foxhole looks in the I44 alpha release: I already have extracted the necessary config, scripts and models and packed them into a stand alone addon. But there seems to be a problem with the models for the foxholes, or the proxies - I don't know what exaclty the problem is because I have no clue of modeling. I only know that Ofp crashes if the original I44 foxhole models are used in the config. Due to the problem with the models I have to use the M2 model for the foxhole and thus the foxhole looks like this : Maybe the models are dependant from other I44 addons but I need the help of an experienced modeler/addonmaker to find out what the problem is and fix it. Once this issue is solved I want to add a few more variations of the foxholes which fit in different terrain (desert, snow and woodland variation). I would like to have a helping hand with this too. I'd appreciate any help with this. I don't think there is a similar foxhole addon (at least I could not find any) and I44 did a good job and I want to make it a stand alone addon to use outside of the I44 mod. Edit: problem solved, I'm working on a beta version now...

I don't know which information ECP makes the AI share. But basically this is possible with scripts too without any addon. AI infoshare script by General Barron is a must have in every mission I design.

I only tried WGL of the ones you mentioned and the increased engagement ranges alone are worth it for me. Unfortunately WGL is hardly played. I haven't played ECP for years and SLX is a question mark for me.

I just noticed I cannot throw handrenades while running anymore? Is this a bug, feature or am I doing something wrong? how can I throw grenades while running?

I don't understand this. If you fire while walking wouldn't you shoot into the ground when the weapon is pointed downwards? Or do you mean your animation recognizes when the player is firing and adjusts the animation so that the gun points parallel to the ground? I thought the animation has nothing to do with you pressing the fire key. As I understood it, STGN was talking about an animation for when you press the "f" key (standard keymapping) for walking while being crouched with "q" key. In the Ofp standard animations there is no crouched walk. You can either move forward proned or standing.

Awesome Sanctuary! Can those animations to overcome obstacles be used in Multiplayer on the client side? Or will it crash a server like leaning animations if not everybody has them installed? How small or big can the obstacle be to move over it like that?

Yes pleaaaase. Right now I dont like the look of the new forums at all. A general rule would be to make the messages of different people go as close together as then can get. Really speeds up the reading. (and we are good in making lengthy text-threads ) I think these old forums had more or less the perfect layout. I agree. Especially the last part about the perfect layout of this forum. It's not so cluttered with signatures and avatars and all these things.

What is "TOS"? You mean Teamspeak Ovelay? I'm not bothered that my Ofp graphics look a bit crappy. My hardware is a bit old anyway.

I would say this is only possible with an object addon and not with scripting alone.
