Fubar----Finally someone else who likes GWAR...man you shoulda been there when Wobble was tryin to make fun of them and comparing them to Kiss..hehe I just saw them in concert about a month ago for the first time, god that was a funny show!

Music is a very big thing to me..here are a few bands i listen to... Nine Inch Nails, Type o Negative, Pantera, GWAR, White Zombie, Tool(older stuff anyway),Prong,Ministry, Ozzy,Filter, Sepultura,Soulfly,The Cure,Janes Addiction,Radiohead,Dead Milkmen, Butthole Surfers, Primus and even older stuff like Van Halen, Motley Crue, Megadeth, ACDC,Shotgun Messiah,Pink Floyd....well I think you get the idea.... Music hated: Rap, Country, Boy Bands, Girly Bands, oh yeah and rap!

Has anyone ever noticed that people alwayse take sweet games and then host them with the dumbest options set... -------------- In Rogue Spear (and games alike) - They play the smallest map with pistols only...how boring, oh yah, two second rounds -------------- In Need For Speed 5 (and games alike)- They turn collision off so your cars cant hit each other...might as well be a time trial and compare scores ------------- In Worms - They start you off with all the weapons and the game lasts, oh, about .5 seconds.....sucky! ------------- In Empire Earth (and games alike) - They play with the smallest maps.....a strategy game that should last for hours lasts for like ten minutes. ------------- What is wrong with all the gamers out there. No one likes strategy anymore. Just mindless gameplay that lasts for seconds. Over and over again. And if you play a game like rogue spear, you try to have some strategy and snipe out or something, they will make fun of you and call you a "camper". What a bunch of dorks!! Most of all they take it too seriously, they never seem to be having any fun. Does anyone out there agree? ......anyone?

Finally, some normal gamers that actually have skill and talent! I thought that flashpoint players might understand. The only problem is that i'm on this lan with four other people now, its cool but there is a major firewall over here. It makes it difficult to play a lot of games, like flashpoint. See, my roomates have different work schedules so we can only really play like every other week. I need more than this, but I can never join regular internet games due to the firewall. I guess its given me lots of time to create some pretty cool ofp level though.. And yes, programs like roger wilco make the games ten times at better! Its too bad I cant really play against you guys...

Oh, and how about Final Fantasy:The Spirits Within I know I know, its sound dorky cause the rpg counterpart, but I dont really play rpg's and I thought it was a pretty good flick. What's most impressive about it though is how real it looks. I think I was hearing that it took something like a year just to render it. Wow!

That 'd be great. I'd probably have a hard time playing w/o laughing.

In the init.sqs I set up the face, behaviour and a few other things that show up in a short camera sequence. Everyone moves and does what they are supposed to except the "player". His face gets changed, he does the right behaviour, and he even reacts to switchmove or playmove but he wont respond to "commandmove". Can the guy you are going to control not be moved around like that?

Is it not possible to make the "player", you know, your guy, commandmove during a mission cutscene? I have some things set up for the "player" to do in the init.sqs but doesnt seem to respond.

I'm putting a cut scene directly at the start of a mission. Now there is just a very very small problem. For just a split second before the camera and fade-in script gets a chance to start it shows your guy. Its not really that big of a deal but kinda makes it look a little unfinished. Was just wondering if there was a way around this. Thanks for any respons dudes
