    ROFLMAO (I hardly ever use that "word" ) that first Hl2 video was so damn funny, heh even the crowd laughed . I hope there will be lots of places where you can use physics against your enemies. And the best of all, you can still make all maps in WorldCraft (or Hammer editor as it's now), no need to learn using fancy new editors . Can't wait for that game.

    A request to the russian mod makers

    The "orange beta" that has working doors has waaay too many polys, around 6000 . I would like to see that greenish Mi-26 updated with BAS' scripts and with easier handling.

    Controls

    I would really like to see one universal USE key. For example in Deus Ex you had this one key and you could select different objects, use buttons etc. with it (a box appeared around the "target"). So when you want to get in tank as gunner, you would just need to use gunner's hatch to do this. Same would go for cars, choppers, planes, doors etc. Of course there should be that reticle thingy to tell player which object is selected, just like in Deus Ex. /edit\ some typos

    Well yes that's ingame, demonstrating the "orange level". It means testing level without any proper textures but with all triggers, monsters etc.

    Dod 1.0 to be released today!

    Yes sometimes teamwork is there but usually not , depends quite a lot of the server. Yesterday I was trying the new DoD, map was dod_chemille and I used MP-44. I had another MP-44 soldier moving next to me and we captured almost the whole map together , just pushing forward all the time and gunning down about 15 Allies on our way . It was almost fully a CQB map so MP-44 worked really good. I wish I had it recorded .

    Looking great. Though that sniper could have more of those bushes around him, not just on his back . And a Dragunov with some camo on it like in TOW's M21 pack would be nice.

    Thanks for the icon , now I can replace the DoD icon I used . Some generals with those long greatcoats for Germans would be great (I own a greatcoat and they are damn kewl ).
