The debate continues... Maa asked BIS to compress his CSLA 2.0 upgrade's pbo so that pbo extractors can't open it. Kegetys maybe you should ask BIS to make the compress . But of course there will be a pbo extractor that can open any pbo file ... But autumn island itself is a neat idea, maybe Everon one?

Yes there's a Ka-50 out, but it's only for Resistance. 1.46 version of it would be illegal because it uses V-80 model from Resistance.

Unfortunately that truck thing is only possible via scripting , or as far as I know that is.

Well there's always a way to hack the pbo open. Removing first 46 digits from O.pbo can also be called hacking. But I don't think that someone is going to find a way for just few tree and bush models. But still I fully understand Kegetys, and besides he is, just like I'm, from Finland and we Finns are known as very honest people .

Hmm, Maa released his update for CSLA addon in pbo which was coded specially by BIS so that pbo extractors can't open it. Keg maybe you should ask BIS to do this for Winter Nogova's pbo .

And also using M16 mags in M249 would make the M249 behave as M16 (the model would just be different).

I would like to see a rusty old pickup from the 50s with a PK for Resistance. Also like Kegetys posted, old communist era cars would go nice with skodas and trabants we have now. Very useful car would be open Ural truck, just modify the Ural from demo and it looks just like BIS' Ural but open.

Maybe it's possible, I mean look at BIS' tanks. Once they take enough damage, thick black smoke begins to come out of them (they can still move, shoot etc. but very crudely).

There was an old version of Satchel's SoundMod in your site which had very nice and useful BAT-files with it. You could just run the bat and it changed between the original Config.bin and Satchel's Config.cpp. It was very easy to use, could you or whoever made those BATs make them for this release?

Since this topic was (and it still should be) about OFPs popularity. I would like add that O2 is now released and that is going to boost OFP into a new level.

Try removing .paa;ppa from the filename leaving only .tga, not sure if this helps.

My favourite is Colonel Eusev . Though he has only two lines in game, but he just sounds like a real russian Colonel to me. I use him quite often in my missions. Another favourite of mine is the Resistance leader in Cold War campaign. The demo, sooo many memories. I played the demo with my old PII350Mhz system so graphics were quite blurry, but it didn't matter. Ambush is also my all time favourite OFP mission .

Actually T-64 was widely used in Chechnya . Anyway east vehicles that would be most used would probably be a high quality BTR-80 and a small chopper (tired of inserting small SpetzNaz team with a massive Mi-17 ).

Looks awesome, could you also make a version of that 6x6 Tatra with "Fia" markings on doors. That would be nice addition for resistance side .
