This should be easily fixed by placing cargo proxies 1-9 inside the BTR-80 and rest on top of it.

Good to know, I also suggest to add tags for those new BTR-80 cargo animations. Keep up the good work.

I hope you still keep all Russian vehicles in same pbo file and all others in their pbo . *edit* Forget what I said few minutes ago . The real problem is untagged class-name for the ZU-23 animation. It doesn't work properly with MTLB-pack or FDF mod as they also use 'ZU23Gunner' class-name.

Resize them to 800x600 or 640x480, then use for example Foto Canvas (free trial version seems to last forever ). Use Google to find it. Your pics have very high resolution, that's a main reason why they have so big filesize.

There's no problems with the ZU23 animation, the gunner proxy position is just too high . Some suggestions: -Increase the firing rate of ZU23, 2A4A (?) cannon, PKT and KPVT a bit -Make the cargo proxies on top of BTR-80 working only when there's no room inside, too suicidical to sit on that in OFP . Looks kewl though . -"Turn out" option for gunner in BMD-3 & BMP-3 -If possible, an option to change the random numbers. Good for realistic missions or something -360 degrees turning for NSV & Kord -BMD1 & BMD2 *edit* Forgot to say great work .

Heh at least here in Finland no one is going to follow those rules about grilled food or saunas , it's a cultural thing and no one can change it .

MUCH easier and faster way is to use program called texturep3d , try ofp.info or Google. If you use Windows XP, it's likely you get an error message about missing file. I can send that file if you need it .

That "grass" is just bunch of basic foliage models that came with OFP. It lags greatly because each grass thingy is a single model. Making a forest triangle with long straight faces that have grass textures gives you very nice looking and lag free grass . A bit offtopic but anyway.

i guess if you made it a helicopter class, but i dont think the rest would work very well then Erm.. Evis ment that the optics would be similar to V-80's ones, TV screen. And remote turret can be made just like normal turret. Gunner just can't turn out from the vehicle, but he can still operate the gun properly.

Making a CD version and then sell it would be quite impossible because of the many addons we got from other addon makers .

My guess is that BIS makes huge gaming areas like 100kmx100km and then the 'empty space' would be just endless terrain with lesser detail than main area (still keeping the same foliage and ground look). Of course terrain maker could choose whether this empty space would be sea or ground and also decide how big the main area would be . Placing units to this 'empty space' in editor should also be possible.

If I remember right Kegetys tried that. But then pilot's feets would be sticking out of the cockpit in 3rd person model .

Paying a price for being careless with CD keys should teach enough . I have somehow lost my System Shock 2 CD and I surely hope I can find it because getting a copy of that game legally is very very hard.

Though it's sad that in 2003 we haven't made significant advances in space research since the 70s (I mean things like a small colony in Moon or flight to Mars, that scale). Unfortunately the space race ended and now we have rockets that blow up when on ground and shuttles being destroyed by carelessines (sp?). I surely hope China makes succesful flights into space and that way USA will have a strong competitioner once again .

We'll see, lets hope it wont hit Earth . But I believe in about ten yers mankind should be able to take out that threat somehow (that should be just enough time). News like this just show the importance of space research, one can't deny that.
