Okey, and if i wanted to have more than one destination does it all go in one script, or seperate ones?

So i will have to script each destination into it, and this goes in the init line?

Erm, that doesnt actually do anything, or do i need to name each player and put that in the target?

Hey guys, im making a map which requires a bit of teleporting to be involved, i have set it with triggers and radio commands.
E.g. Naming a trigger r1 and On Act: player setPos (getPos r1)
this works perfectly well, however when in multiplayer, it teleports EVERY human player, not just the one person, is there anyway of getting it to teleport just one player at a time, bearing in mind there are about 8 positions and would prefer not to over-script the mission. However if there is no other way, then i guess i will have to.

Just checked the sqm, the objects are listed but they dont show in preview, there is an object listed in the sqm that i deleted from the map though. If i just deleted it (bearing in mind there is thousands of them(over 18,000 objects in total)) would it be okay, or would i have to reorder the whole lot??

When i place them on the editor, they show on that map, but theyre not there when i preview, there isnt that much on the map, i've had more on the map and it works, its just now, i changed te sqm a bit but just changed classes of some objects t get a addon problem out. But order number wasnt changed so that shouldnt have been much of a problem.

Hey guys,
When i put items on the map they don't show when i preview,
I did a few tests and it is only the things from the "Empty" 'Faction' anything else will show, there IS other "Empty" items on the map that i have placed before hand, but now they dont show at all. On an empty map, objects do show up, so i was wondering if there was a limit to the ammount i can place in the editor?

Have you tried doing it with a soldier, you mentioned trying it with a civilian, maybe its something in the civilians code or whatever that wont let him enter combat without a weapon??

You can set a waypoint for them to enter different positions in a building or you can set the exact height that they will spawn at but i cant remember how to do that sorry.

I have two things:
the first is a map of woodbury common in devon.
It's where the Royal Marines train their recruits quite alot and it would be interseting to see it in arma

My second idea is: would it be possible to make the aimpoint have a zoom and a different texture, i.e. have an aimpoint with 4x zoom but make look like an Acog or a susat?

where can i find the BI default model?

Introduction :
Who are D-Squadron? Well D-Squadron are a clan of experienced Armed Assault players, who dedicate serious time and effort into realistic training and missions. D-Squadron are based around realism but it is also a fun game, so we keep it fun. As well as playing the game, there is a lot of banter floating around to get stuck into. We take our missions seriously, and take care over them, we train the recruits to high standards so they know what to do in any situation, whether it be in the middle of an airstrike, or what to do in a sniper stalk. The clan itself is split into 2 Troops: Air Troop and Mobility Troop during coop missions we split up and do our own duties. Air troop is for being stealthy, dropped in the battlefield by parachute and surviving on what is on their back. Mobility troop, is used for transportation around the battlefield, also engineering, blowing up bridges and target buildings, they are experts in land navigation and play a vital role in the troops staying alive on the ground.
Requirements :
TeamSpeak: This is very important to keep communications in missions and just for everyday chat.
Age: We recruit any age, so long as you are mature enough to follow orders, and maybe one day give them.
Microphone: For use in teamspeak.
Armed Assault and Queens Gambit
Speak English well
Add-ons : We have our own add-on pack
What roles? : You can request any role you wish and you will be trained in most trades to a high standard.
Do I need to pay : You do not have to pay but donations are greatly appreciated for the upkeep of our dedicated server
Ranks : Our rank system starts at Recruit, Then moves up the rank of NCO’s from, Trooper to Staff Sergeant. Then if good enough Officer ranks will be considered.
