Dedicated memory is when you either have a seperate grafic card in your computer or whith a onboard card that have it's own memoryslots. Shared is when the onboard grafic card sharing the RAM memory. The latter is the worst  you can have in performance way, no matter what the commersial mumbojumbo the  salesman say's. Min req for a LAP to play games, seperate grafic card with at least 256mb, 3Ghz processor and 1Gb Ram. ATI or NVidia, is just a matter of taste IMHO Good luck edit duoble quote

Guess u try to run it on a Laptop with shared memory, 28mb is not enough, if you can set it to 128 in BIOS it might work, but My guess is that you then will run low on RAM, put it on a stationary that have enough RAM and a graf card that fit the game (128mb according to gamespec bu I would't reccomend anything below 256mb for grafic card), u can use the LAP for a dedicated server tho, since it does not requier any grafic card at all to run in servermode.
