Could you take a look at my tankstart script ?

I have been staring too long at it and I cann't seem to create a solution.

My current main bug:

When I start the engine as being driver the engine keeps starting itself.

Once I leave the vehicle the engine starts and gets into stationary mode.

Have you any idea why it keeps starting itself again and again ?
