  1. I meant own side + civilians not cars from the enemy. That would be very cool. In my mission there are Squads who patrol and hold a city. After a while a support truck spawns inside. Two guys got into that truck just to drive around and impress the girls. I was so laughing!!!
  2. Hey snkman, just a quick question about the AI is taking empty cars. Do they only use car which belongs to their side ? And if so, would you make it possible that they use civilian cars too ? I had a big match yesterday with friends and the AI was pretty cool, doing nice moves.

  5. @mondkalb Iam already in love with this work. This will be fun for sure. Though I have some questions I may asked. In Steam its shows audio english and german. Did you customize the radio or ai voices into german ? Can we have some info about how many towns or villages we can see on that terrain ?
  6. Yes! I have the same situation with my provider. Need to work it off via support tickets. This is still ongoing and will hopefully find an end tonight. There are a few old files which are not deleted by steam after the last updates. Now the server checks up if you as client have all the files the server has. If there is a difference you will get kicked. So everything what the server is running in vanilla (dlc´s included) has to be also ran by the client. Same for mods (-mod =....) Hope this explains it

    Yep, I remember that. But I was not sure anymore. Due to that I rent a server and need to make a ticket I can tell you later if it solve the issue. I think its that the reworked verifysystem now checks correctly. All mods which are running on the server must be same with client ?

    Warlords

    Something like Unitswitch in crCTI Proman or crCTI KBedition. While alive you can decide anytime to switch into you squadmember. To prevent abuse it costs same as the price for the soldier you are switching into. Facing the fact that you are dead if you are dead this should break your actions in the combat. Bringing along more AI´s just to switch into them can break the mission flow also. This could end up in a respawn orgy and then in a limitation (Time/Money). So I would not recommend to build that into this Warlords mission. Spawning in camps,fast travel are popular for players who loose their tish fast. But it also breaks the missionflow. I think Warlords is fast enough.
  10. crCTI Proman is a "Conquer the island" you can play alone but you will need a server to do so. 12 vs 12 Squads included 2 Commanders. You can be a squadleader or a commander.

    That red dot at the mod in you image has no validity. I have this too and its a game bug or something. I think the taunus is not the problem as you have it loaded and it is shown on you image. But you miss classes from CUP which are maybe used by taunus. So I would recommend to check everything again what you can, means mods and your mission. Also test a diffrent mission on taunus to see if it works, or make yourself a small one.

    All I can see is that you miss to load some cup classes. Maybe check the folder structure of the mods (@mod/addons) and keep the taunus mod renamed.

    You can try to rename the modfolder from @X-Cam-Taunus to @x_cam_taunus.
  15. In A2 we used a workaround by letting the tank spawn with commander and gunner so player gets in as driver. With Ctrl+lmb you can fire on given targets even if you are in as driver. Gunner needs command from the squadleader or commander inside the tank. But as you said its only for sabots...MG works well.
  16. I can´t say when it appears but yes I use a ton of spawning AI in my mission. I have your mod running just server side without using userconfig folder. AI´s are about 200 independently on battlefield.

    Now this sounds by far more mature than your posts before. Apology accepted. ;) By 10vs10 you mean 20 human player or every slot with AI ? Because mission will write errors if you disable slots in the lobby, must be 12vs12 always. I did not much about performance, most work was done by Kastenbier and BI for better performance. Iam not a scripter just a player. :D Like CAWA said it depends mostly to the parameters or what terrain you play. For example the new chernarus summer has bigger frame impact than altis. I understand what you mean, you want to be fast back to the front. Long trips are hard and some ppl wont afford playtime for that. There is no problem to let an AI pilot take you where ever you want. Other thing in Proman is Unitswitch: you spawn into one of your squadmember with your actual gear but he will die and you will pay his deathpenalty ( call it soultravel maybe :) ). Means if you have a groupsize of 6 you can respawn 5 times somewhere out of bases. We never play with this parameter enabled but its possible for those who need something like this. And its less cheating in my eyes cause you had a unit already there where you want to go so not much magic happend here. Yes, that one is needed! Yes, this happens sometimes and needs an overhaul.
