It's late so excuse me if i'm dumb....but i also noticed an annoying bug when you put a hold fire command in a first waypoint of your group. The little red square above your icon that denotes do not fire does not go away after you give then the open fire order. Strange but true...

I'm impressed, i wasn't expecting such a good helo. and it compliments the BWMOD addons perfectly..Very good job on this one. Oh and the pilot does'nt have a chute, or am i ejecting to low

These units are awsome and the islands are also very good. I was wondering however if the radar tower is animated like that of Mapfacts. I can't seem to find any referance in the readmes...Also in regards to Canadian terrors question, what happened to the Type 81 Tan Surface to Air Missile Launcher.

@actioman TkKivi pointed me in the right direction when he had the same problem with the missing pbo so he just downloaded the ZIP file and not the EXE file.

A quick question; Wasn't there a Japanese C130 hercules in this mod. All i can find is a jet powered C1.

This idea sounds great. I prefer the 80s timescale to the more modern units being made. I suppose you've already taken into consideration the CSLAII russian units and vehicles.They would be ideal. We don't need new models of the original CWC vehicles just maybe reskinning like CSLA did on the Blackhawk and M113. Anyway i'll be keeping a close eye on this little mod (look to the left of the screen   )

Even though this sounds like an impressive piece of scripting i thought the personal radio was the present and future of coms between squad members. I would say this suits WWII to early 90s missions. I would realy like to see an updated radio coms dialog between squad members but i will definatly be using this. -
@Sgt Anderson I think this is the main reason why people are a little put off by the addons required list. I've been looking forward to this island since i saw it mentioned on OFP.info and i uninstalled my afghaneveron and BAS tonal to make room for this only to find i needed them  . I'll look forward to the updated version using just CATafganistan. But in the mean time i'll continue to enjoy this awsome piece of work.

What and work for free  . The MLRS on the very first page of this thread was destined for OFP users but the lure of VBS1 money meant it was used in VBS1 artillery module, and that module is pretty bloody expensive even by VBS standards. So i can't see them creating anything for OFP users that VBS1 users have to pay for. But i've got VBS1 so i wont miss out on there sweet creations  edit: I don't have the arty module by the way, do you think i'm made of money

I don't mind the fact it requires so many addons (except islands) but theres always going to be the inevitable error problems, like mine for example; does anybody know what addon this is from..

I'm not 100% sure but when i served in the forces we stayed in a camp which i believe was built around the late 40s early 50s and they were identical shape to the ones used in your island also they were made of corrigated tin so i would say they fit perfectly.

I too have all your addons and all i can say is fantastic work guys. Your attention to detail is awsome and i await any further releases with anticipation. Along time ago i had a Tamiya model of the Geopard and the leopard oh and come to think of it i had the Marder too. They happen to be some of my favorite fighting vehicles and with you guys making them i just know i won't be dissapointed because you havn't dissapointed me yet. keep it going guys because i'm your number one fan .

Well i'll continue with the compliments and say it's a dam fine pack Jackal. I know it's not 100% accurate (should be Diemaco)  but i've issued my Blackblood SAS with these fine instruments of death and there loving them  on a side note can anyone tell me the most uptodate sight configuration or which sight the SAS would use on the diemaco version.

I want to download these but i'm holding out for the RHS and Spetznaz Mod vehicles. Reason being is i like all my vehicles to be a close match and less addon dependencies. The main reason is the needed weapon.pbo and the orcs crew pack. I already have a fine RHS crew pack and there weapons are fantastic. I wish these three teams worked together because the units produced would be awsome and would be produced much faster. Also we wouldn't have the problems like i have in racking my brains to find the best version. Am i the only one who thinks like this....

I see the EDF as something of a token army. What i mean by that is they wouldn't stand a snowballs chance in hell against any type of invasion. I would think a company of spetznaz could invade everon without too much fuss. EDF wouldn't have MBTs as they would be destroyed within the first minutes of any invasion along with any aircraft they had. To put it another way they would be an internal guard force to subdue any attempts at a cou, as the area that everon is situated in would still have communist sympathisers. If there was a threat albeit minor NATO would have men stationed there so it would make the EDF obsolete. Kind of a cold war situation but on a smaller scale. Just my two cents...

Obviously he can do what he wants but wiil there be two seperate packs, one realistic (I want this one) and one fictional (i don't want this one) as it would make the packs smaller.

I have a question for you PUKF guys: I was wondering if it's possible to disable the damage inflicted on the soldiers in the rear of the warrior when the vehicle is 80%-100% strength. I ask this as the vehicle takes one or two direct hits and it's ok but when the soldiers debus they are unable to walk as there obviously below 40% strength. I know OFP has limitations but the whole point of these armoured taxis is to protect the soldiers inside. I wouldn't mind so much if the warrior was badly damaged but it's not. I never tested this out with Combats or even the BIS bradley as i've not been this engrosed in an addon for ages. If i havn't said it already i'll give you two massive thumbs up for this IFV Â Â

When i was serving in the British army on an exercise we had a Belgium platoon with us and they stuck out like nothing i've seen before. I don't know what terrain it's supposed to blend you into but it's not woodland thats for sure  -

High quality addon with some excellent features. I found that as the Co pilot/gunner it was a bit of a bumpy flight and hard to track the enemy targets but i know thats an OFP limitation. The only thing i hate about OFP helos is that as a gunner you have to hope the pilot swings around for you to get on target as he does'nt automatically adjust to your aquired target. It's even better news knowing your still improving this addon which tells me you are a perfectionist. Two thumbs up from me
