just a note of realism here The A-10 is not really that loud in real life, I've seen many a Thunderbolt in an airshow. and they are a lot quiter then most planes out there. The Iraqi's nicknamed them whispering death for that reason

hate to spoil your fun but.... The apache was in service in 1985, it actually went into service in 84. We had a discussion about this a while back, try looking for it. well the COAX might have a hard time of it, because it is only .30 caliber, but pour enough rounds in? oh hell yea. The .50 cal used by the tank TC would have a much easier time of it, and that's one of the primary reasons a tank carries a 50 cal. But BIS does not model it so they had to make up for it with the coax.

uh, I think it's a pack with some different A-10's and Su-25's, also, try OFP CZ, they probably have it, if I have time I will find it for you, if you don't find it, PM and I can e-mail it to you.

there have already been numerous threads about this, and you can find an A-10 with a Snakeye loadout at OFPEC. do a search of the forums next time. Hope that helps.

I have proof, and I'm more then happy to supply it. And believe it or not the A-10 can outturn a F-16, thrust is not everything kiddie. Just because it was designed in the 1970's doesn't mean shit. So was the F-14 and it can still take on anything the air, and have a chance at winning.

Actually an A-10 can and will Outturn a F-16, it can also outturn a Mig-29. There is a documented story that A-10's were patrolling the NFZ in northern Irag, when they had a Mig-29 pop up behind them, the A-10's were turned around so fast the Iraqi Pilot ejected before he had even begun to engage. I also have a real life A-10 pilot with 2,000 hours in the A-10, 500 of them over the NFZ who will validate the claim.

May I suggest the following a Oxygen Made 50 cal sniper Rifle (not just a edited p3d file) Uzi Blackpowder rifle (ok most people would find this boring as hell but I think it would be cool! The AI gunners in my game are very adept at changin ammo types. it's probably a skill level thing with your gunners.

the only way I know of is to switch to veteran mode, or change your position.
