Flashing textures! driving me mad!

[Flashing textures! driving me mad!]

My Textures are flashing from normal quality to very bad. And makes my computer run really bad and very laggy. This only happen in Nogova. After i have played somtime. Then it works again if i changes fra 1200*1000 to 1000*800 and back. Bery annoying. Please help!

My computer specs is:

Radeon 8500 64MbDDrram

AMD Athlon 2100+

512 Mb Pc2700 Ddrram

I have an problem. My OFP RES texture in the game are flashing to nothin (white). Is it my Radeon 8500 card that is not supported???
