    Yes agreed, however to get a similar effect dt maps could be used. For a hatchway that should be fine I guess.

    BI uses "detailmaps" for this. The texture extension is "_dt" and "_dtsmdi" (mainly for buildings). Example of a detail map in rvmat file: class Stage2 { texture = "a3\data_f\detailmaps\wood2_512_dt.paa"; uvSource = "tex"; class uvTransform { aside[] = {8,8,0}; up[] = {-8,8,0}; dir[] = {0,0,0}; pos[] = {0,0,0}; }; }; This is an example of a BI detail map (as in path above): Hope it helps ;)

Lennard's L119A1 Pack - Version 1.1 -Click for high-res ================================= "The Diemaco(Colt Canada) C8 SFW, designated L119A1 within the UK military, offers several improvements over the M4 it is based on. The main improvements include a hammer forged heavy mid-length (16.1 inches) barrel and beefed up front sight post to mount the HK AG-C grenade launcher. It fires the 5.56x45mm round and uses standard NATO 30-round magazines." This addon will add 14 different variants of the L119A1 to your game in 3 different camo's, that makes a total of 42 variants. The weapons can be found in the ammo box in the editor or added by hand with "This addweapon .. ". The ammo box is located under EMPTY > AMMO > UK Diemaco Box. It's fully OA compatible, with it's thermal textures and flash lights and IR lasers. Therefor the original Arma 2 and Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead are both required to play. The reason they are both required is to support BIS.   8. Have you tried to look for it on the Baranow map? It should work the samen as the Waffen SS texture pack. Dont have the game installed anymore so cant test it unfortunately.

  20. Hi guys, Back when Iron Front was first released I started making reskins for it. In that game modding was limited, only some units and vehicles were reskinable by using hidden selections in missions. When Kju made the Iron Front game and content available for A2 and A3 I immidiately saw the possibility to get my reskins ingame. Kju had acces and permission to some of the source files from the IF game. So this allowed me to create full addons with all the features I wanted. For example I added more variation in the unit's gear and textures. Waffen SS First I started converting my Waffen SS addon. Below some example screenshots: DAK Wehrmacht - Screenshots coming soon :icon_twisted: Red Army NKVD - Screenshots coming soon :icon_twisted: I have more screenshots but I cannot post them because my PC is dead atm. Also modding is paused due to that. Currently the addons are tested in an enclosed IF A2/A3 group. They will be released when I think they are done so do not ask for release dates. Credits My thanks go out to the original authors of the IF content. Without their brilliant work my reskins would not be possible.
