    Pathy i say go for it, as the same with Combat! they gave the credit and did it properly in the read-me and in the forums thread everywhere.. as long as you credit him and thank him i see no problem why not. i say GO FOR IT!

    if you made a good addon that everyone uses and everyone knows you made it.... you would let someone else edit it for something different because it would add more variety and everyone will thakn you even more for building the foundation of the addon.

    Clearly you are bringing his addon down by saying these things with your comparisions. And you contradict your last post by the way by saying why bring up bas.. why compare? when you decided to breakdown the differences between the two.

    a good example... take the the damn thing out your mouth.. actually it seems as if there is nothing at all negative about BAS's Delta's at all.. you seem to have left certain flaws out but i wont goto your level and say the bad things about their Delta's because thats for another thread.

    Oh and if you looked at a little more porn instead of posting a protec helmet on your desktop and studying it.... you might be a little more normal. Correct me if im wrong i dont think you are an Expert on Army Special Forces Gear are you? I didnt think so...

    If i was kissing ass i would sound just like you do in your last post. You dont even get it do you? My point was that Lasers and BAS's deltas are two different units from two different time periods. Laser intended that to be the case, for them to look like BHD era operators from the 90's and a mix from current day operators, not like BAS's modern Deltas from around 2001 - current day.

    But as i mentioned you dont see that. It's just, "yay, protec, and CAR15 w/ Aimpoint, I love you i want to give birth to your children".

    Laser has produced some fine work here, but why is it so important to mention BAS, why compare? Why even mention BAS? They made totally different units...one is not better than the other, i would use Lasers units for something different than what i would use BAS's for.

    no i believe you pointed out BAS yourself in your first post when you decided to do an entire "Addon Breakdown" which was entirely not needed. Laser explained his own units already of what they are and what they represented which left you in no place to provide your commentary on comparing them to BAS's. All you had to do was give you opinions on Laser's Delta's and his alone without comparing them to BAS Units. So no you dont get it, just leave your nice comments and be through with it. Take their cock outta your mouth first before posting any of your "Constructive Critisim".

    A Statement about about animation on vehicles:

    I never will create animations like openable trunks, because they are at the end useless (ok, maybe in some vids, but more or less they useless). They will only create more polys.

    i agree with that 100% its no point... also i dont really see the point of new cargo anims.. but since there are variants with no roof i guess people want perfection.

    sad news.. was looking forward to projects that never were released especially the desert vehicles pack.. and the fixed camo on the Delta/Rangers.

    I hope BAS wont just let the community suffer by letting these things rot away on their harddrives.. if this is the end.. please consider turning it over to someone who will pick up where you left off. no since in putting in all that hardwork for a couple of oooohhh and ahhhhhhs screenshots.

    great.. now our convoy's are complete. love the work you guys at combat! do.

    with your talents and the lack of hummvee addons out there it would be so kick ass if u guys did some hummers with everything on the bradleys and stuff.. custom markings and all.. it would be a great addition to everyone's addon folders. please consider it.

    now thats new... finally new enemies.. the us vs russia died out 4 months after CWC was in stores.... lets play against regular terrorists in masks or something... just something differnt this is a call out to all addon makers!! more OPFOR! Libya Radicals. no ones touched the Iraq event yet either.. North Korea even.

    it would be nice if someone can tell me where a civilian car pack is?? u know with all the exotic cars.. cuzz you can have some fun races on this map with highways and what now now.. gas stations all over the place.. lol this is cool. yeh only thing i dont like is mapfacts airport buildings havent been used but i love the second runway.

    landwarrior system is my middle name... or first biggrin_o.gif all soldiers will probablly not be equipped with the landwarrior system.. a bit too expensive.. atleast in its first years. probablly only the team leaders and medics.

    besides even if it was a landwarrior addon for flashpoint it would only be visual.. obviously we cant shoot around corners. maybe it could be done with scripting to target it like a TOW and just have it be a grenade but that amusement would only last so long.
