A danish citizen feared kidnapped a couple of days ago has turned up dead, most likely murdered. The Iraqi police found his body two days after his disappearance but did not notify the Danish Foreign Department until now. He leaves a wife and a five year old boy behind.

Ehm... Uh... Kurds?

Once you know your way around it, you can use it quite quickly. But trying to figure it out by yourself could be hard I guess.

It is unscripted, but uses anchors. As in, the enemy doesnt follow the same orders and same path every time, they use the terrain around them. Naturally they must be made aware of what the terrain is, otherwise, how would they know?

Yeah, would be even better if Sharon asked America to remove its illegal settlements....

They are using the "Print screen", Avon. Duh.... ;) Anyway, more pessimistic, anti US propaganda.... "But one incident at the main Adhameya mosque made me feel sad. They made a huge collection of donations and were about to load it all on a trucks when the Amercians turned up suspecting some of the food sacks must have hidden weapons.. They ransacked the entire consignment leaving all food and medicines strewn all over the floor of the mosque. You can imagine how what appears to be a prudent security measure to the Americans leaves Iraqis, especially the ones who made donations feel. "

So when the enemy does it, its bullshit. But when your side does it, you think nothing of it? It has been done by both sides, its part of propaganda.

Got any links or source of those reports?

Air strikes?

Well, democracy is about the rule of the majority. Not about fairness. Its sad, but true. What will you do, give some people 1 vote, others 1,5 votes and the even bigger minorities 7 votes / person?

Well, I have actually. Finished it through and through a while ago. Marvelous entertainment.

I think my favorite place in the game is where you get to take a glider from a high cliff down towards a beach with a merc, a jeep and...yep, loads of trigens. I have never felt as hunted in a game as I did in this one, I loved it! For once I often found myself just hurrying to get to the next objective instead of sticking around and mopping up all pieces of resistance.

The truth is still that the oil aspect is given to much priority over other issues. Like for example still not guarding radioactive material and power plants, but the oil is flowing... No, the Coalition in its current state is not a part of the solution, its a part of the problem. Far from it. The whole point here is the concern for the Iraqis, and the fact that the coalition is far from prioritizing this. I disagree. I think most people just want to see the US putting the Iraqi people first for a change. Its not about winning or losing, its about getting the agenda straight. Yes, the US did broke it. And yes, they should fix it. And a part of that is getting the UN involved, and trying to get the other major players in. That wont happen until Bush admits his mistakes and hands over to those better suited at rebuilding a nation.

Its not easy, but I think people have to figure these things out by themselves. I doubt you can force "liberation" on people. They first have to want to be liberated. And I dont think any liberating force, be it coalition or UN, will ever get the peoples support until they start doing things right in the public eye. This means to hell with all oil interests and start putting focus on things that matter. Security, electricity, working hospitals, clean water, food and most of all jobs. Sure, it isnt easy, it isnt done over night. But the key is getting the people to feel right about a change of government and a change of system. Of course it might also help to be able to protect those that get themselves involved. I can fully understand police officers abandonning their post if their families are threatened, and the risk of them being killed is high.

I hope you are aware of the fact that the words used to describe the enemy are a part of all propaganda. You will never describe your enemy in a good light, you want them to appear as evil and bad as possible. Thats why the coalition wont call them freedom fighters. But it really doesnt matter, its just words.

Why should Ubisoft go for Socom gameplay when the current Ghost Recon is outselling it?
-
No, of course not. But I dont think thats relevant in this case. Since its about state oppressing news, not government secrets or some such.

Just chill and see what will happen. Compare the Rainbow Six PC and Xbox version and you will see that they are very different, but still classified as the same game.

And I think freedom of press comes from the freedom of speech. Doesnt really matter, it boils down to the citizens being allowed to express their opinions freely.

Hello there I was wondering if anybody could recommend some good webshops for purchasing BDU pants. The thing is, there are some local shops where I live in Sweden, but the price is roughly double of that you'd see on your average webshop. Before purchasing anything, I'd like to find a webshop that has quality goods though. Any recommendations?
-
Wait. We have repeatedly heard Americans on this forum say that the government has no influence over media, since you got freedom of speech. Its not like that no more? Or hey, maybe it never was...
-
Yeah, I am looking for polyester actually. My favorite old pair, a couple of years old, have performed very well. But the seams have started to wear down, so they are soon goners I am afraid.
-
BDU's as in pretty basic, black army pants. I all ready got a M90 uniform for homeguard purposes and such, but I need some new, good BDU pants for "civilian" use when training the dog and such.

I am sure some friendly coalition soldier can perform dental surgery with the heel of his boot or the butt of his rifle...
