I was wondering which side was most beloved

I made a game where i had 10 AAlaunchers at my command and there is a MI24 flying over us. I told my guys to hold fire until the Mi24 was close and i told them to fire all togheter. the rockets touched the chopper and there was a lot of smoke but then suddenly the chopper disapperared. How can this happen?

I am onliy a beginner so..... I want some enemy soldiers to go to a waypoint in safe mode. But when i attack them they must stop and engage me. But they don't. HELP !!!
