    A problem of many people

    Stick your .dll`s into a folder of their own inside the Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\Tools\Oxygen 2 Personal Edition folder and point your dDLL path in O2 options to that folder (i.e C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\Tools\Oxygen 2 Personal Edition\dll or just C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\Tools\Oxygen 2 Personal Edition\ works for me too) thanks to IC-Sprags over @ armahoolic for the info

    Sorry, I quoted your post but it was aimed a BOSS. He was supposed to be sending unbinarized version over for me to fix. I have already supplied all the info to do it himself over at armaholic but still not seen it fixed yet so I offered to do it. If you cant be bothered to provide a link for me to download an unbinarized version then I can send a `fix` over to you. Dont worry if you think I am just after some free unbinarized models to play with, I have plenty trust me

    BISoldier Model Tutorial

    Point taken Snake man, I just thought it better to ask than to not. We have all seen what chaos can be caused by the community just going out and using what we want no matter what its origin. Common sense told me that the models were no more synides than they were mine, but asking didnt hurt either way it matters not, Sy gave me the nod anyway. I shall crack on with the tutorial based on the p3dms that sy provided to the community. Thanks all for you help with this. All those little pieces of information came in very handy. (and sorry to RavenDK - I dragged you away too often when you were supposed to be concentrating on a new job) I will release the new tutorial on my website, I will also include a downloadable .pdf, A final standalone working model will also be available for those who cant be arsed to read the tutorial but want to play mix-and-match with the units

    BISoldier Model Tutorial

    Just to keep you all updated on this, I am waiting for a PM from Synide to give me permission to use one of his MLOD`s as a base model for a new tutorial. I know a few have already said to me "why get permission from Synide as they are not his models in the first place?" but, I would like to include a download link to the base model (as Synides are pretty hard for everyone to get hold of due to his bandwith being used and links not up 24/7) so I think it fair to ask his permission first before I use It. I could just re-do the old tutorial but I think Synides MLODS are a better base than the BISoldier model. Hopefully he will say yes so I can get cracking

    I think I posted an quick how to on the armaholic forums stating what tex and mats to use. What base model do you use for your units? (i.e what is their origin - synides? ) I would gladly try to fix the cats eyes but the Marpat soldiers are binarized If you want to give me a link to the unbinarized ones I will certainly try to fix them for you.

    I use a wacom volito2 tablet for photoshop work. Its not a bad little tablet, but little is the keyword here. I could do with one that has a bigger work space. They do take some getting used to though and initially found myself going back to the mouse for the more detailed careful work. ..Or do you mean your looking at a tablet PC - in which case ignore my post

    After playing around again with this today for a few hours I got this.. I can confirm I have now fixed all addressed issues namely Wounds, Catseyes and Random faces. yipeeeeee!!! Thanks everyone for your help. I hesitate to admit this but I actually found the answer in one of my own posts in another thread

    Not really taken notice of frame rate increase but, what I can say is it feels so much better running around up north! I can now actually have battles up their where as before It was painful to just walk around any wooded area. I am still using a 6600GT ( on an Athlon XP 2600+ 1GB corsair RAM ) BTW and I can now play around on North Sahrani with what appears to be nearly the same performance as what I had previously on Rahmadi. I am going to re-install fraps and see what the actual performance increase is. On a side-note, I am due some back pay soon from the Army and I am investing in a new PC with it. I was a little worried that even with a pretty high spec PC ArmA would crap out on me. This little gem from Kegetys has made me feel much, much better about the purchase. What can I say, class release mate
