LOL, that would explain alot then! Companies make them as addon parts for other rifles such as the M16 and they seem to be very popular. So they must work.

Yes, but the muzzle brake the 74 is equipped with gets rid of this, i'll find out how soon.

it may kick harder due to the fact that the M16 has a recoil buffer, but what im trying to say is the muzzle will not climb as much in fully automatic.

The AK 74 is a 5.45mm not a 5.56. I have fired a .22 rifle, but not a AK74, fired an M16 on a couple of occations. I did do a bit of research and most places i have looked say that the recoil, sorry muzzle climb is alot less than any 5.56 rifle due to this kind of muzzle brake.

Ok it doesn't reduce the felt recoil, it eliminates the muzzle climb, so the barrel will not move up hardly it will still kick back but not up as much. So in comparison to a .22 target rifle, the overall effect is the same. And sorry for been a cheeky monkey.

Imeant from the AK74 only, due to its muzzle brake and the round it fires, very little recoil is felt and many users compare it to a .22 target rifle.

everyone messes up sometime in their life!

I hated that level where you had to sneak in and steal the documents. Getting around the fence without injuring yourself in the water was a pain in the ass. As usual I killed everything on the other side of the fence. I love looking at the stats and then thinking how one guy could do that.
