One year ago Stoned Boy and me was planing to make a campaign for ArmA2. And today we're proud to present you the first chapter of Roter Stern. At the moment the campaign is only in german language, so we hope here are any intersted people who wanna play this campaign. The first part of the campaign deals with that what could be passed, namely to the war ChDKZ against CDF and her government before the invasion of the USMC on Chernarus. As an officer of the ChDKZ you must be able in 4 missions to lead the ChDKZ to the victory. However, to the contents of the remaining episodes we would like to abstain at this point, because the Outro gives a look on it. Good question. The plan was to attack also with helis together with the HC module. Also Victors troop attack with heli. Is corrected in new version.

Ok guys, here is the english version of the tutorial with the translated version from Mysteron. I never heard before from this guy, but he put a lot of work into it. So, many thx to him!! Yup, i'm on it! Today i reworked the first mission. Removed the buggy HC module, corrected the searchlights, added backpack to player, sounds faded at shilka crew, included DAC now. And now it's possible to call ari or mortar support to get the airport. And now testing... :cool:

Yes, the timing when the groups are spawning is bad. Is fixed.

Chernogorsk was finished before DAC was released for ArmA2. I've reworked the mission with DAC and now it's smoother to play and free of lag. Maybe together with the 1.0 release.

Thx for the feedback! Well, the bad performance in the 2nd mission is the result of the HC module. Also the big rpt. Don't know whats wrong there. I noticed all your ideas and will reworked the missions. But i release no second chapter1, it comes in the final version with chapter 2 and 3. We're on it. ;) Tonic87 Sorry, but it's not a nice move if you reworked our campaign and release it without our permission. We spend a lot of time and work into it, it's not ok. But nice that you removed the link. ;) If you want we can talk about an ACE version when we've released the final campaign. Glad that you all enjoy the campaign so far. Anybody played the 4th mission Chernogorsk? :cool:

Thx for your feedback Tonic! Hmm...strange. Never had any errors by tests in all missions. All works fine for me. Tested today again. Maybe you should play it without OA. The missions are edited with vanilla ArmA2 and showscripterrors ...without any modes.

This is chapter 1 of the campaign story. The full version is wip atm.

No, we edited the missions only with vanilla ArmA2 content. The pbo date from 24.08.10 is correct. We planed to released it later here with english briefings, but it was too much work atm. So we release the full version of the campaign (incl. chapter 2 and 3) in english then. Here is another link to Armed Assault.info
