Still if you could even just have a soldier standing up in the cupola observing it would be great...having stood in that position on more than one occasion I can say that all its good for unstabilised is observing. It would just be a teeny tiny anim replacement....pretty please

A lot of the time the Cupola on a truck would just be home to one of the crew with his standard sidearm (C7 in this case) any chance of sticking in a rifle version as well, even in as gucci a military as the Netherland's FN MAGs don't grow on trees.

Does anyone know of good quality Russian Helicopter addons painted white with UN markings? Looking for them to represent Ukrainian Airforce squadron thats permanently on detachement to the UN operating M-17s, Mi-24s and Mi-26s. Couldnt find anything here or on CZ. I dont suppose any current russian helo making authors would care to do an extra skin?

A lot of small nations have paratroopers frequently operating from aircraft older than they are, similarly they operate attack helicopters that wouldnt meet civil aviation safety standards in Australia. As for the Navy Id like to see one of PCs WW2 Destroyers or Frigates as the Flagship of the Nogovan Navy, a post war trophy handed over to the nascent Nogovan Armed forces with a minor refit. Badass but rather useless against modern ships.

I feel aroused... Can't wait to see these addons, one question: will you reflect the bundu bashing abilities and extra weight of South African Designed AFVs as opposed to their generally lighter and weedier European/US/Soviet equivalents?

Isnt an idler the term for the one at the opposite end of the track section to the drive socket, as I recall from AFV rec the only term used for the part in question is return roller. (But then we dont have any tanks )

Thanks mate, shame we dont have the capacity to produce some 80s versions, could have helped you out. No F-350 folks, the Modeller couldnt build it to the standard we required. Troops will look better with the selections activated and various other bits sorted out.

the troops have been fixed. http://ofp.gamezone.cz/index.p....page=13 Since we arent going to be doing a truck at the moment this german one will be a passable stand in, the only problem is its got the same texture error as the subsequent MMP releases. However unlike the MAN 5ton it doesnt stick out to badly unconverted as it doesnt have the big MG3 on the top screaming "Im not Irish"

As we said we're avoiding politics, also we dont want to retread any of the well worn Soviet invasion missions on a new island with new addons. Within our Remit there is absolutely no need for any representation of the territories of the republic. I have enough workload keeping the existing team on track or somewhere near it at this point, there is in my view no appreciable payback to having an island, as the activities we aim to represent (overseas multinational actions) are by their nature hugely variable in terrain, location and participants. As I've said I wish them the best of luck with developing the island if thats their wish but quite frankly its not going to be my responsibility. Cjay, I've often had the same daydream myself but it would be nigh on impossible to do exactly, you could probably get an impressive approximation within OFPs limits but then you have the risk of the DF banging your door down for using their music etc. They're very touchy about that sort of thing.
