As part of my mission I need to destroy a certain building at a given time. Any ideas on how to do it? I have done some analysis on how much ordanance is required and it takes 12 FFAR direct hit rockets to do it in normal circumstances from a helo. Hope to hear

Hey Red Nice to be remembered. I have been very ill, almost on the verge of departing this world for bigger and better things. But due to a large amount of pills and alot R & R I am back. ummmm........I think I understand what you mean..........will give it a go. I cant actually get a helo to goto an exact place either. it needs to be precise, within 10 metres is not good enough. Resistance has rekindled my interest in OFP and I have a stack of ideas for new missions. If you use MSN Messenger, please look me up. Would love to talk to you and catch up. I know how to get helos to land etc. Invisible H and so on. What I want to do is get an AI helo to land regardless of the terrain,objects and trees etc that are around him. If I place an invisible H in the middle of a clump of trees, the AI will land at the nearest clear spot to the H but not in the trees. Failing that, is there anyway for the purposes of a specific AI unit to tell it to ignore the world and do as he is told regardless? I have trawled the forum and can find no similar question to this one, so I dont think I am wasting your time asking I hope to hear

Just as a thought, Could you not set their flyinheight to different altitudes? That is what I have had to do in order to get four helos to fly in formation fairly close together. Also I set each helo its own set of way points rather than them all bunching up together and also set their speed to limited. When the try to decrease speed at limited mode they dont tend to increase altitude in order to slow down. Just some ideas (Edited by Ice Rhino at 6:01 pm on Dec. 6, 2001)

I have a trigger that is way south of malden which comprises of West Present activation, hint debug message " Trigger fired" Why does it insist on firing when I am very north of Malden and there are no West Soldiers anywhere near the trigger? The only possible cause is the fact that for test purposes I created the trigger near my northern location to test and even though I have moved it, saved, reloaded, it still insists on firing at its old location Anybody?

This has allowed to to move alot of waypoints and works great if I am in a vehicle, however they still dont seem to want to shoot at me if I am on foot I am Black Op although it is set to day time Does this have an effect? -

I have avrious soldiers on patrol around a base, the objectiveof Phase One of the mission to to elimiate all that is East. If I miss a couple of the soldiers when I initiate my attack, some of them run off into the bondunes How can I make them stay within a cratin area on the map?
