Hey, Im HuNtA, and ive done lots in my ofp life (including being a key member of poppro, the first game-movie team)
and this is my first addon Im going to be releasing.
Its a caterham R400 (entry level racing car-pretty much the best begginer racing class)

)Ive added quite a bit since those pics, and ive still got some work to go (body detail, ect.) but It will be released asap.
I was just wondering what you guys thought, because its my first textured non-static addon..

yeh, heres my gauge for all the ideas I ever see:
If its a realistic request:
If it were a real firefight, would you do it/see it?
If its a joke thing:
If it did exist, would people actually use it?

if your ever gonna do any target competitions, you should email Col. Klink and ask how to use DIB on targets (so we can actually see where it was hit)

I think the jumping should be partially like it is in vietcong.... with some changes... in vietcong, if you press jump near obstacles, you can kinda climb over them... that would be good... but now other jumping

I think it should use lifesize editor icons and should be editor or map-placed, so you can plan exactly where it all goes.
*imagines 10 minute wait as OFP2 re-renders the tunneled island*

tanks would get damaged by a flamethrower, but quite slowly (or quickly)
if it had Reactive armour... boooooom
if it had steel armour, it would melt down, and then residual heat could set off the ammo containers

somewhere in the game theres a smoking animation that was used in teh demo.... but the lack of a cigarette was a problem

while games like burns rally and Hl2 were really good.... Rome Total War totally blew me away... It nearly (neaaarly) caught up with OFP
... but not quite -
I liked the Army/RAF/TA/Marine commando adverts :P

hmmm, doppler shift.... that means that either
A) it will become long wave.....
B) the frequency will be unfindable
C) it will turn into microwaves

lol, but pain gives a good adrenaline rush, much like when I play paintballing, I get a far greater rush from running across an open area with about 5 guys shootin at me
which is why, from now on, whenever possible, I fire .4gram graphite coated 'sniper bb's ' from my 1J AEG

yeh, and imagine how computer intensive it would be to check across an entire island wether theres a 'noise distraction' on the ground. Things like that are what make games like MGS quite limited and make them have annoying loading screens and such

Fake blood: golden syrup, red and blue food colourings, water
Fake glass (just cool): water, golden syrup and sugar, heat up in a pan, put onto a sheet of glass/around a bottle

We have a problem called Chav in England, mostly caused by horrendous/non-existing parenting.I concur... most the chavs/pikeys/wankers who I see
A) have a father whose about 25
B) never speak to their parents
C) threaten to stab me, then run off when I get into a fighting stance

yeh, as I said I needed to do more body detail (thought that implied that I was also doing the textures)
Ive also got more detail which didnt show up due to the texture (Eg. ive got all the intakes on the hood done)
