Hi! I have a problem with my boat, because when it`s on water, it sinks to deep, and comes up again too high (i think in english it`s called "draft"). I noticed that i.e. Col. Klinks boat does not go that deep in the water, but I don`t know why; I have tried to make it lighter (reduce the wheigt), but it didn`t help. Also the different placing of the landcontact points didn`t solve the problem. greetings Helifreak

To get things clear.....I converted the model and the textures of the stormtrooper shown above from Lee from an addon for X-Wing-Alliance.....I didn't even ask the author for permission, so this addon will stay on my HD only... Hi! I have problems implementing new animations for the crew of the Wiesel tank. The animations are ready and working, but I have problems with the part in the config. Here are the animations: BWMOD_WieselDriver (for Wiesel MK20-version) BWMOD_WieselGunnerout (for Wiesel MK20-version) BWMOD_WieselGunner (for Wiesel MK20-version) BWMOD_WieselGunnerTOWout (for Wiesel TOW-version) BWMOD_WieselGunnerTOW (for Wiesel TOW-version) BWMOD_WieselCommanderTOWout (for Wiesel TOW-version) BWMOD_WieselCommanderTOW (for Wiesel TOW-version) for each animation there is also a "Dead" and "Dying" animation. So please post the "class CfgMovesMC" and the "class CfgVehicleActions" for this animations. Regards Helifreak

I tried your config-line, but it doesn´t work. Another thing I´ve noticed is, that the wiesel shoots on infantry, but not on tanks....so i think the problem is anywhere else.

Hi! I´ve got some problems with my Bundeswehr Wiesel. I hope someone of you can help me...so, here are my problems: 1) The tank begins to tremble when the player is the commander and the engine is on. You can see the trembling best when time-acceleration is on *4000. 2) The KI gunner of the tank doesn´t aim on the opponent and doesn´t shoot at him. 3) I defined the gunner as the commander of the tank (the Wiesel's crew consists only of a driver and a gunner), but in gunner position, you can´t switch to driver position, and from the driver position you can´t switch to the gunner position. When I define the driver as commander as you did, it works, but not with the gunner as commander. I tried everything with the landcontact and geometry lod, but it doesn´t work. And yes, the turret turns, you can shoot from it without problems as gunner, but when the gunner is KI, he doesn´t shoot.

I made a black retexture of the BIS AH-64 Apache and addes also new features...... Installation: Put the file HFR_Apac.pbo in your ofp\addons or ofp\res\addons folder. You can find the Apache in the Editor in OFP under WEST -> AIR -> BLACK AH64 Required: OFP 1.75 or higher Features: -new textures -engine-startsound (BAS) -fire-script (BAS) -downwash-script (BAS) -fx-script (BAS) Here is the download: And here are some screenshots:

Oh, then I had really problems understanding what you write me in the Email *g*.....I thought never about editing your soars ;P I just wanted to define them as default crew....ok good if you allow me to do that, they really look good in the Apache ;P I hope to get the Apache model as soon as possible (I know your time is limited), because I plan to finish it till christmas. regards Helifreak

Thnx Waffendennis, but I´ll fix that in an update with a few other things that I´ve noticed myself.....BAS isn´t so happy about the idea with putting the soars in an apache.... I´ll release a final version on christmas, perhaps even with new BAS apache model, with working dampers, moving cockpitdoors, moving visual systems, and so on....so just wait a little :P MfG Helifreak

Oh Silesian you´re in right! I´m so sorry about that, I just decompressed the apac.pbo without looking if it was yours or BIS ones.....I really didn´t notice. Sorry for that...I hope you will forgive me and allow to use your textures...of course I will notice in the readme.txt that they are basically yours.... I´m really srry for that, regards Helifreak

You got my wrong i think ;P I need the model to add new features like movable visual system, working dampers, and moving cockpitdoors. Also I wanted to make a more detailed cockpit than BIS ones, because I think a good-looking, detailed cockpit is very important....and the guys from Battle over Hokkaido Mod told me that they got the model from you, and that I should ask you for using it, and if I have your permission I can even use their Longbow....The model has of course nothing to do with improving the textures, I hope you understand what I mean....If you want to talk to me directly, here is my icq number: 145909991 regards Helifreak

@Silesian: I added more light effects on the apache textures, on the shaded sides I made them darker and highlighted sides they are brighter. I did not use much time to make the textures completely new, at first I just wanted to make a black apache, but then I modified the textures a bit. If I get the model from BAS, I will improve my textures..... regards Helifreak P.S.: I wanted to ask you if I can use your Hellfire texture in my final apache version, Silesian.

So here we go again..... I planned to make a completely new model, so I could make other animations like working dampers, cockpitdoor animations, and so on.... But for those animations you need to make named selections and axes in the modelfile....thats why I planned to make a new one. But unfortunately my time is very limited, and so I wanted to ask BAS for their model...but until now they haven´t answered my mail. If I had a new model, I could do a Longbow Version, too. @AvonLady: There are no changes in the interior, due to the fact that I wasn't able to change the BIS model ;P If BAS will allow my to use their model, I will make 2 Versions, a normal and a Longbow. Then I will search for new sounds for the weapons, and change the weapon loadout. Another thing is that I will ask Silesian for permission to use his Hellfire textures, and I will do 2 Versions, one with BIS pilots and one with BAS pilots. All right so far, any other suggestion for the final version? regards Helifreak

I´m working on a new apache version, with new (black) textures and scripts....but unfortunately i can´t open BIS model (because of ODOL-format), and so i´m not able to make animated dampers, openable cockpit doors, moving visual systems, etc..... I´m a modeller, but my time is very limited, and so i cannot make a new model, this would take too long...so if anybody has a good model of an apache with less than 8000 polys, please write me. I´m currently working on a German Wiesel Tank. It´s a very small tank which is used with a light MK20 mm cannon. This version has a working anim for the mirrors and the visual system. The Wiesel will be finished in about a week when everything goes the right way. I have a problem, because you can´t see through the mirrors of the driver. In anyone can help me, please write me an email (raven_80@web.de) or ICQ (145909991). Hi! So here is a beta version of the german Wiesel tank. You can download it on www.dzgilde.de .There are 2 versions available: One which uses the normal OFP-Crew, and one which requires the bwmod to use it´s crew. The pack also includes an example mission for the wiesel, which was made by IrishCoffee.
