I think the Apache (set at high skill setting) makes a nice opponent for the ol' Frogfoot. Music makes a good atmosphere when 'fighting'. Anyone else do this or similar?<span id='postcolor'> I have flown missions like this in my little SU25 AA aircraft against a number of choppers and A10s and the AA missiles hit everytime. But I have done a similar thing with just the cannon.

Not sure if it fits in 1985. I would not go nuts with aircraft but having one interceptor would be ok, altho I do not mind using the SU25 as an AA system. I do not want to add the entire air force into the game. A few small naval vessels would be ok.

Maybe its because I am one I don't know I'm sure everyone here has made their mind up already about me. As for them studying us yeah I believe this. Doing tests on us I believe this. Maybe we have something they don't have and they want it (could be genetic). Showing up anytime a major conflict comes up (prolonged conflict) to study humans during war, the effect it has on us, how humans react, trying to understand or answer the question WHY we fight ourselves. This is what I said before about an increase in activity when a war is on, it would be a time to come and learn more about this race under a different situation. A good way to find out humaities weaknesses and its strengths. I don't think planes can be seen as err UFOs. UFOs don't fly in a straight line, they hover around, going up down left then straight up and making manouvers that a human craft cannot accomplish. Even craft with the USAF on them can't do this and at the time of ww1 and ww2 I don't think there were many aircraft around that could shoot straight up into the sky and disappear at light speed (of course there were not).

It would be ok to have actual aircraft instead of just editing the ones already there (A10 and SU25). I got an addon that had 3 versions of the SU25 as an AA, AG and something else. The SU25 is a tank killer like the A10, not an AA system (to my knowlage anyway) it would be good to have new models of interceptors which I think might be ok. A good mission trying to stop enemy planes from wiping out your armor. The SU25 AA missiles are damn good but I don't think its suppost to be the SU25 firing them. Maybe its a good idea not to have so many aircraft in OFP but at least an interceptor would be ok. Having air duels would be great.

I would say that life existed before humanity but thats just my thought on it. It is true that bacteria can survive being in a vaccum and when back on a planet it starts up again, kind of like a stasus period or something like that, at least that was in a documentry I seen recently. It was seen as possible for life to be traveling between planets this way and was considered one way that humanity showed up here. But every race out there would have to take a long time to get to a high advanced level (evolve), a level that we are not barely even close to yet at all in my opinion. It would be a reason that intelligent life has not made contact, humanity is not ready. Also in that documentry they showed how far radio waves from this planet had traveled out into the vastness of space, not very far altho to humans its a great distance. I rekon life is known to be on this planet by others out there. I'm not sure where I heard this but I heard that in times of war UFO sightings have been said to have increased dramatically. If so it would mean that their interested in our conflicts. Seem unbelieveable?

How do you plan on taking over the universe? With NASA's technology? Thats laughable. Still it would be interesting to see humanity spread out amoung the stars claiming this and that all of a sudden to bump into a highly advanced race and end up getting polvarised. It is also my belief that because we have not been contacted yet (as stated by someone before) certain life out there would probably be studying humanity, all its wars and global problems, its societies as well as people and indeed may find humanity interesting if slightly puzzling. Maybe with studying us they realise that its a good idea to keep humanity pinned on this rock and keep us in the dark about whats really out there in the universe. Keep in mind I'm not saying I know all this its simply what I think about. The more I think about this kind of thing the more sence it makes. To me anyway.

The universe is soooo huge that it's very possible that there are aliens out there. If ppl talk about aliens everybody thinks about "ETs", little human look-a-likes that have eyes, a head, 2 legs, 2 arms, a body, they can talk and all that stuff. Why does everybody look at them like an organic thing that looks almost exactly like us humans, that's just bs. I also think that we spend waaaaaay too much money while searching for aliens, the use of radars is just pathetic, the "aliens" should be able to build machines to get the signals, they must be able to reply something and all that stuff. This is just what i said, ppl think that aliens are just like us, in my opinion that's totally wrong.<span id='postcolor'> I believe there is life out there. Look at the sky at night you see all them stars? You really think there would be all that out there if it was all empty? You really think the universe is here just for us to go out and explore? whats the point if theres noone out there? As for the term aliens and "ET" I don't think thats the right words for it. There might not be any proof of life but it seems believeable to me. The thought of only humans being around kind of seems laughable when theres a massive universe filled with countless galaxies. Humans like to think their all alone and the top race in space. Alot of people might be dissapointed to find that they are the most primitive race if this is found to be true, it might not I'm not making any perminant statement just suggesting. As for life out there responding to our search for them do you really think that intelligent life out there is going to make contact with a race that kills itself, fights amoung itself and primitive compared to them? If I came across a race like that I think the best thing to do is AVOID them at all costs.

Some believe he never existed, others believe he was an alien hybrid. But according to the bible Jesus was not an office worker, he was a carpenter.

    God

Our religous teacher at school told us that science was evil and that its not our place to go out into space and stuff like that. This at high school. She said that this planet was made for us and that anything leading to space exploration is evil. Religion to me puts God into everything. "God wouldn't want this or that" "thats against gods will" and as has been said many times people lose a baby and its always "gods will" stuff like that. Some people I know restrict themselves because of religion, not doing certain things. Their beliefs restrain them in a way.

Surely there is more out there, I refuse to believe that the only life out here is on this planet. Maybe instead of seeking God people should seek life instead. It might also help in the search for where humanity really did come from. Seeking things out in the universe I mean. I am not religous even when I was dragged to church. Religion and me did not go together so I stopped going when I was old enough to make that choice for myself. I don't feel the need to seek out a godly being.

Into the bowels of the beast

I do not worry about sharks. I do not intrude into their living space. I really hate it when they hunt and kill a shark because it attacked a human. The human takes the risk of "sharing" the water with them. Most of the time the shark misinterprites humans on boards for food. In some cases I have seen the shark stopped attacking its victom when it realised what it was attacking. I see it on documentries anyway.
