    @Kartaviy_RU there are NO enhancements for RHS weapons users. I tested at least M4's and heard some AK shooting at me. It's just vanilla RHS. I m aware of an "Unofficial compatibility patch" //but i really can't tell if it's still working with the latest JSRS-DF_lite. I ll check it sometime today tho..

    @TMN Fr33d0m Can you ask the other clans you are in contact if they have "Vehicle persistence" problems between server restarts? Only personal gear,previous missions and personal status is saved ..but we lost EVERY vehicle we have bought last 3 days. I want to see if it's our problem only. *of course i want to add we have NOT registered our server to Alive database (if this can/might be the culprit) btw.. We got a contract of "clearing a terrorist cell compound" (..or something similar) ..and the moment we got to objective's vicinity..mission has been succeeded!! Keep it up.We are eager for an update:)

    Hi.. About the server class..it is hosted by us BUT running as dedicated with TADST *added* Oh..btw if anyone leaves the server (doing "player Save" etc) ..the mission status won't be refreshed for him on JIP. Even on immediate re-join ..there will be "No x-y task" for him-even if he was on group when *the contract assigned. Just FYI

    *Update* 1.) We got some hours with the team today-trying the "defend facility " scenario. We sat there like 2 (real) hours deflecting some enemy groups..but the mission won't over. We even got a team to "clear" the village and got some armed ppl there..but the mission still haven't won-until everyone of us got bored like hell ..and got to bed :D (i realize it's hardcore sim..but i doubt anyone can stay more than 2 real hours there. Maybe lower the reward and tighten the time or..it's maybe a bug?) 2.) There is an entry on the map informing about the "Fragile Alliances" Is that dynamic? If we do something that will angry local population..there will be information there? 3.) Our "resistance allies" are distinctively dressed VS enemies? (i dont mean the CSAT ones) We succeeded in a mission escorting a VIP without harming any "wrong" target..but the enemies who shot us was dressed like independents(?!) Have we missed something? 4.) "IF" we do something "wrong" (like nuking civilians who celebrating) ..is there any way to "fix it"? :D

    @cosmic10r To be honest Cosmic..this is a totally different gamemode. It's not about extreme survival anymore..but more than mercenary work. Quarantine zone has been set/Civilization is protected.We have heavily guarded borders and...traders What you have now..is opportunity to make money out of this mess. (random missions) *serious balancing must be done to rewards/maybe a petty reward of killing random zombies.(i.e. 1 or 2$ per head)* Under these circumstances..it IS acceptable to have limited loot points because HEY! YOU GOT MONEY!!.. ..and a safezone with trader(s) Although..my deepest desire its not to see Sahrani again (i had some thousands of hours there)..the bridge isn't that much of a problem because the safe zone must remain safe zone beyond any bug or glitch :) Anyways it's your call ;) @Cyphas_Cayne Unfortunately things like*losing hours-work are happening. I would love to play your mission.I loved the atmosphere!!
  9. Not necessarily MCC's feature. I m asking for this because ACE has already many configurable *keyboard shortcuts. If you play a mission having civilians run around (and bombers between them) ..you ll NEVER have the time to go through *normal Interaction menu (which i love..but it doesn't apply to this situation). You always can try it for yourself if it works..

    @cosmic10r Vid. Have you tried the main Corazol bridge? AI (zombies) can navigate without problems??? Also.. I can't be sure if Sahrani buildings are supported for loot drop-and if they do there are still too few enterable buildings so..loot will be awfully scarce. Of course..if main survival needs (food/drink/medicine) are mostly relied on buying them from a store..things are different. Well..who said you only canbuy guns and ammo with creditzzz? :)
  11. Hey ACE guys. I really want a configurable button to quick order a civilian or any non-my-side unit to "Halt" ->civilian raise hands up /armed with no morale surrenders It was impossible for me to interact with running civilians in a recent mission :/

    After some hours test with the team..we ve noticed few things. 1.) On player disconnect and reconnect..gear IS duplicated-that defeats the purpose of economy in the mission. Expected behavior is the body and its possessions are immediately disappear from view or interaction with. 2.) After a *forced cleanup of bodies and junk.. a. Weapons stay on floor (exploit) b. Medical beds are moved and damaged..and eventually.. EXPLODED killing ppl 3.) After taking a contract of a VIP escort..the VIP spawned inside Headquarters and probably bugged .(couldn't move no matter what we tried) * a suggestion will be to edit the captive ACE module (or place it and edit)..to allow handcuffing on Unarmed (default is Surrendering units only) That way we could bypass the bug Handcuffing him->force him move (via attach) ->force him in the car ;) 4.) The enemies are WAY too many. Every location or village should have a probability (medium-low imHo) of spawning enemies. Same goes for mines and IED's. ..or better..configurable percentages (from lobby parameters) for lower player numbers! or smaller clans (like us) 5.) It would have being nice if i had the ability to choose from some popular mods which side i m fighting (haven't tired of CSAT?) based on mods running by the server (of course i understand you can't add compatibility for ALL mods) and *force (ie rebels) to use a particular set of mods weapons. If fact i find it irritating the least ..rebels using top notch weapons from BI's Space DLC's..which i don't like (personal taste) 6.) Noticeable hick-ups (stuttering) while approaching a village. I m not sure if it was my server's fault tho.. *Summing up* Honestly..we (as MilSim team) want to LOVE your mod..because we still lookin' for a spiritual successor of A2OA's MSO. You already done too much work on details (our mission maker was amazed btw) ..but i think you MUST make it more *configure-able so anyone can *tailor it to it's manpower/scenario or just taste. (among logical limits of course) Please keep it up!

My MAX resolution for my 5:4 (19") is 1280x1024 :D *added* Of course i m asking for support for better GUI compatibility Most of the custom windows are missing characters ..or just being 2 small to read without a Microscope :D Of course i understand most people have Wide screen setups hence all missions with "custom windows" causing me trouble. I know i should have a Wide screen myself already...but dreams had sank long time ago so..again i m asking for support ONLY if isn't involved too much effort ;)
  14. @SaOk I believe some posts ago you said something like "adding support for more resolutions"? If it isn't 2 much trouble (like 2 lines of code) can you do something about 5:4? The max resolution i got is 1280x1024. (19'' monitor) Again..if "isn't too much trouble" :/

    Gratz for the release man. I m DL'ing as i write..but i really hope there was performance enhancements made..cause on mission version (Tried it at least 6-8 months back i think) ..it WAS heavy :/ This has too much potential :)
  16. @So if I want to "take it," I need to call in a constriction truck, place a building and some static guns and that's it? Yes..but the "way to go" is always have civilians at "Friendly" status @How do I know if the civilians like me enough for me to take it over? Almost bottom left on your screen you should have information on the location status.If not..you can check the map. All inhabited areas have a "distinct color cloud around them" (if you zoom and focus enough).GREEN is the color you always want to see..else..bribe or run errands :)
  17. @darkking810 (about Gear storage) Crap..i knew i ve seen this building almost a year ago-but on my latest play i haven't used ANY building features (except occasional guard towers) I literally got the tour of all Altis inside a van these 3 days. I should check if i can "randomly" just build 1 and see if it works without the need to *Physically access it. :/
  18. @HeroesandvillainsOS Btw you can buy a water barrel from a "friendly post" (whatever is closest to you i guess) Anyways..it's clearly "your call" whenever you want to do the "errand missions" to gain some "prestige points" and build better relations with the locals. I did some of them in the beginning..and after that i was using "Bribing" to save time-because i already had enough Prestige points to sustain.. I got almost all Altis only by using Undercover+bribe+Air Support (all three). Yes ..all enemy outposts involved some discreet CQB

    Yea..yea..i m aware of Bad Benson's excellent addition/addon. but..AFTER i manage to climb to (lets say)to a roof/and escape the immediate danger...well..whats the plan next? :D Anyways..i love to see every addition new version will bring for us ;)

    About the Horde Although in EVERY zombie scenario _THIS is the real threat ...how one can actually escape from this situation? Not enough ammo Not enough runspeed Fatigue No "Dying light" environment+player abilities :/
  21. @darkking810 ehm...*Gear storage feature?..i must be blind (although my eyes are really in bad shape)I think i ve examined sufficiently the menu's..but i m not sure i 've seen something like that :confused: Well...currently as undercover i took the 95% of Altis in 3 days -and i haven't even started the 1st part of *main mission :D *added* btw SaOk again i ll congratulate you for your efficiency. In this mission are running countless checks/scripts/lots of AI and ambient life + (plus) the other external mods i m running (ASR_AI included) but the performance stays on friggin' pretty acceptable rates on my kinda crapy system. Seriously "Hats off man"! :pc:

I m playing as Undercover.(started as undercover also) /SP version Altis I m saving via mission options (Shift+1) If i load the game via normal ArmA load options..i m losing precious menu's (territory/relation info) BUT..everything i own (veh. cargo or modified weapons included) remains BUT.. if i load via Restart game->Continue previous save (in-mission option).. i have ALL appropriate menu's/prestige/captured areas..but i lose all saved property (gear/cargo vehicles/modified guns.) It's really hard sometimes :/ *added* ..and for strange reason I cant get rid of *occasional team members (an engineer for a quick repair..)sending them to HC because all options are grayed out :/ btw..the player maybe should have the ability to repair with a repair kit to some degree % :/

    To be honest ..i REALLY missed a mission named "Quarantine" from ArmA1 era http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=2509 *vids* Was a mission with the North-eastern area of *Corazol (Sahrani map) ..was the secure area .. while there was a border to the Western area-the contaminated area-heavily guarded by static HMG's You could do random tasks as i remember (rescue survivors or transport ammo/supplies to an FOB deep on the infected zone.-with credit rewards (buy better guns/ammo etc) :rolleyes: I would love if someone has the same dream and ability to create a *proper mission :) *added* btw @Cyphas_Cayne ..with the "blacklisted areas" etc +currency ..i think you are *almost there :)

    @Cyphas_Cayne I m missing something here? This isn't by far the Namalsk map i used to know in A2 era. There was an update while ArmA3 got out..or you did "manual work" for mission needs?
  25. Some old community member who knows people from both teams (ACE and RHS) must talk them reason. Lots (..if not most) of us selected both mods-because we believed each oneof these mods will complement the other -as great mods they are-and both of them will see the benefit *supporting the *other. No..i dont want to use *external compatibility addons between them..and they will (also) lose too from MP community who wants (most times) to keep things *simple. (i.e Domination co-40 ACE/RHS/TFAR) or similar. I will still go with ACE eventually because thats what i do (and the rest of the team) with all ArmA games..but i ll be still sad to change such an assets pack like RHS. ...
