Hi guys here is my version of navy seals with boonie hats,they are still in beta stage at the moment as i am still sorting out the wounds textures. Also these are not a replacement nor an update to the last navy seals i have made but an additional unit to go with them. Also a big massive thanks to ebuds for letting me use his textures, and very fine they are indeed cheers bud your a star. I could make a new vest but would need some one to do the scripting side of things like pointing these seals to the new vest ect. Ill ask the modeler im working with, which he is pretty good but quiet busy at the moment so ill have to see. Plus im working on some cool shit right now, & nothing to do with soldiers ill make a new thread when get permission to do so & give some pics ,but can tell you its going to be badass and there aint any of these in arma yet.

Have tried these on porto island & i must say they look very in with that kind of terrain. And sorry that they are only a reskin standalone but i hated the original ones that bis did so just tried to improve then thats all. And i was right about the saying i quoted above lol. sweet harmony if i may say so ,it still need some adjustments here & there but over all i now cant play Arma with out this mod running lol. Well awsome dude plus also to the guys that brought to arma the dns smoke effects & also arma effects these three make the game for me, other wise there proberly would be less people playing this game,so congats briliant work boys i love it the best thing since sliced bread........

Sorry for the confusion but yes i did ask jb if he could sort this problem out first, but was told that i need to unbinarized the p3d file, but also was given information from a good source that they was bises actual models, & that they could not be unbinarized unless bis release that tool but yet have not. so if there is any other way to deal with this problem, ill trully be in your debt. And also thought that the time they could be unbinarized but that is through my lack of knowledge in this field so sorry again for the confustion.

Hey buddy np you can show or give every one your new and improved version of my marines, as thats my golden rule is if you can make them better or different its all good for the community, so go a head and show plus give DL link also if you like

My scripting knowledge is a bit simple as i know very little in thatfield, so if you want to make a version that include groups then go for it just make sure i get a copy of them lol.

yeah i know have tried to work it out but im not that good in the scripting department so im at a lose on that, unless some one wants to offer there services lol,i would be greatful indeed. Plus that pisses me off about them not showing lol. And if any one manages to fix that problem plz let me know

Im sorry about this bud & it want happen again.just some times it is not all ways about whether or not you can make them life like, but more the art in which these reskins come about, plus ment no harm in my last comment & if i offended any one here i am trully sorry.

Hi guys im glad you liked them, but here is an update of what they look like now & will give DL link later to night or early tomorrow, http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h13/genhorseplay/marpattest3.jpg And this is the pic i got the idea from. http://i60.photobucket.com/albums....006.jpg The reason is as follows,the pattern on the uniformwas to large plus much to dark, & also on the arms the pattern was also going the wrong way lol plus i have added the pockets to the arms,& i hope you like these better than the last ones lol. Plus still have to alter the pockets a little on the leg & maybe sharpen up the camo as well, but want be long.

that pic looks nice but instead of just reskining units why not just put some life in them. There are a lot of reskin units out there a lot, why not make some units with diffrent gear armor more up to date like. You can reskin them but all in all there the same. Like an army of reskined BIS units Well if you would like to make the models as i keep telling you guys im only a texture artist although i am trying to learn, & if you care to make them with different shit on as you said ide be glad to do all the hard work making them look good ,but thanks for your comment well taken & noted, also just wondered do you say that to all the boys lol, with out realising that some people are just good at one thing & one thing only & in my case its just the art sorry about that . Secondly is just me as many people on this thread have mentioned making other units like this but only when i make a post do you come on & give your views & also directed to me as well,O the cheek,plus there is five pages in which you could of stuck your ten pence worth in, but it takes me to start you off lol And i hate to say it but your just a wind up merchant
