Yep thats great, now depending on the speed of its net connection it could probably host a full game of many players with relatively little lag. The HD size and space has little impact on performance, just make sure there is more than enough space for Window's swap space after OFP is installed. >1GB is enough.

Ideally, for a decent, "lag-free" game you need a high end P4, 1gig of ram and a stable connection; your talking 10mbit min if you want a 7v7 or above. Its also important that the server be in relative distance to all the players, it defeats the object if the server is based west coast USA for example and the majority of the players are in Europe. If your just playing 2v2 then pretty much anything that can run flashpoint resistance will do, but the lag will be much more noticeable again when players fill their groups up with AI.

It would be nice to have more of a theme, imo. The emoticons seem to be too different to each other.

What do you plan on using it for? Co-Ops/CTF/CTI?

Do you know any Operation Flashpoint version which runs on linux without any emulator? Not without an Emulator, no.

What about the small proportion of the community that use Linux as their O/S, does the win version make no difference to them and its only an obstacle server side? Sorry, I'm not to awares of the differences between Linux and Windows.

What does MFCTI.com have to do with this thread? It's just an adaption of MFCTI, not a standalone, built from the ground up version like Cr is.
