  1. We have removed the hud for our vehicles on purpose, since we have put a lot of effort into the interiors and properly working dashboards we wanted players to use them instead of the HUD

    Driveability doesnt need any elaboration i would say, however as for walkability Physx will take care of it (In theorie), we will see once Arma3 development advanced further. If all else fails there is always the scripted solutions.

    Units are in the making/planed, however yes you are correct at the moment we are not planning on making a leopard 2A5/A6 but a leopard 2A4 is sort of done just paused atm, the reason for it is that we aim for a late 80s early 90s setting mainly (some excpetions are there eg the KZO or aladin), but as creative minds dont always stay on track the 2A4 might turn into a 2A5/6 at some point.

    Sorry but no there wont be an Arma 2 version, we have stoped the development of the Arma 2 version of the mod, as developing for both games would simply "overpower" our freetime. Regarding the german comment you wrote, if you are interested and need some motivation or anything of that kind feel free to drop in on our website or teamspeak anytime. (PM me for details if you want) Also eventho this thread is about a German Armed Forces Addon, please stick to writting in english as thats the forum language

  9. you can also try removing or shrinking the wheels in the regular Geometry lod, as that is what is keeping your vehicle from moving, the wheels of the geo lod are on or even underneith the ground and therefor the vehicle is stuck.

  11. Currently not, but since more and more people are wishing the PZH2000 it might get made sooner or later, but since the main focus is on the stuff used in the 90s the M109 currently has priority.

The fennek videos were a bit older then it said on the video they are roughly one year old,..the fennek has come along way since then, and has some nice features by now, it still needs some more loving on the indie tho. Yeah about the homepage, its not exactly closed tho we just decided to keep a lower profile from now on, however if you visit our forum i usualy post wip stuff there on a weekly basis. Anyways, i havent been lazy and after learning a great deal regarding scripting my main focus has been on that for the past few weeks. So whats new: The possibility to add a Signal Flag to the vehicle (red, blue, green, yellow) First concept work for an AT2 scatterable mine (either by artillery or scorpion mine thrower) and last but not least i have finaly got the luchs rear driver to work exactly how he should, which means the luchs now realy does have 2 drivers, one in the back and one in the front. It needs some more fine tunning but the concept itself works.
  13. this a video showing the driving over it and picking it up again (2 days old), the terrain issue you have adressed is indeed still a lil construction sight, however since the entire bridge laying procedure is controled by the player including the angle the bridge is beeing layed it is not a problem that doesnt have its workarrounds.

Luchs is coming along nicely, it only needs its resolution lots finished, and some tweaks here and there (script wise) ---------- Post added at 21:59 ---------- Previous post was at 21:58 ---------- Yes there will be a rather large number of cold war era vehicles, some in olive and some in flecktarn, late 80s and early 90s were a very interesting time concerning the look and varianty of vehicles used in the german army

And again the Leopard 1 family is growing and growing, this time something with teeth, the Leopard 1A4 MBT, on the pictures below you can see it with the attached deep water water fording kit. it will be carried in the vehicles cargo and after some preperation of the tank (turret, gun, hatches etc) you will be able to put it on and drive through relatively deep water without the tank drowning. http://www.pic-upload.de/gal-193596/epzfor/1.html

  20. M113 TOW, Rapier ATGM and AA vehicles arent used by the german army and havent been used so no they wont be made by us. And as said it was about m113 based vehicles, and the lance carrier vehicle that was used by the german army was the M667 which is based on the M113 (and lance is a suitable counterpart to the scud imo especialy on the maps (sizewise) available in arma).

M113 is in the making, currently planed in 4 versions: medic, 120mm motar, 120mm Command, regular MTW. in addition to that 2 vehicles based on the m113 such as the Scorpion minethrower and Lance tactical missile launcher (counterpart to the opfor scud). So far priorities on weapons and Soldiers are set on low, but yes AG36 is pretty much done, and we are planing on the Koppel system for the soldiers.

Work on the mod hasnt stoped, and i am working on enlarging the Mercedes GD fleet, which will introduce the Wolf SSA (a armored MB G270CDI) in a large number of Versions (such as IED Jammer and Feldjäger (MP)), as well as the "Greenliner" (a unarmored MB G280CDI) and last but not least the unarmored G290CDI as Luna carrier Vehicle and Airborne Medical Vehicle.
