Yes, maybe they'll try to catch the radiation from the air with big nets and put it in plastic bags, dig up some radioactive soil and put it in jars and then release it in downtown NY. I don't think there are any radioactive materials that you could gather from the environment there, or at least anything that you could use for terrorism.

Miles, ECP has timed grenades but no dust puff BTW. And hmm, what about these infantry AT rockets, now that I think about it I don't think I've ever seen any WW2 Russian AT rockets. Does anyone have info on them, if they existed I would suspect that they weren't that largely profilerated, or...? The Russians used a lot of high-caliber AT rifles against light armor, on the other hand...

I think that mod is dead, but FDF mod has hinted that they will probably eventually start making Finnish Winter War units, they already have almost all the WW2 infantry weapons as a matter of fact, because Finnish reserves have used them for a long time after WW2. @Desatnik, yes the Maxim is amazing otherwise, it should just be mobile. @ZiRo: I think a Russian WW2 mod won't be making modern American grenades, it's probably known among editors how you make the grenades spin anyway, and it isn't even that noticeable with round 'nades probably...
