Aah yes, I heard about this "blended metal" round. U.S Army tests on ballistic gelatin didn't produce satisfactory results, but...there was apparently and incident in Iraq where a PSD shot an insurgent in the ass (!) with this round and the result was tremendous, most of his hip and leg were blown completely to bits ...I can't vouch for the authenticity of this but it came from the mouth of someone involved in the development in the round IIRC, the rounds were in Iraq for testing purposes. All the other PSD's who saw the results wanted the round and the 30-round mag was split into 5 bullets for every man. I have the same problem with PP (R8500...) Before I had a green line sometime, now it's a black blotch-like line that gets smaller as you fall lower...

Well I would assume they have reflective water in OFP2, yes. But using this pack, why on earth would they use a community-made OFP1 "hijacker", so to speak?

Oh yeah Korax, D3 doesn't have "good all-around graphics", and it "maybe has some ragdoll"? Rubbish. But I do agree that the Source engine seems more versatile and advanced.

I find that game to be -far- more immersive than Doom 3 was. It may be unfair to compare the alpha to a finished game, but seriously. The graphics weren't as good, but it had the right atmosphere. Mmm, SS2 with Doom 3 engine... That would be something! I can't be motivated to replay SS2 when that Rebirth graphics project died...or did it? I can't find the page any more. The first version with new Hybrids, androids, spiders and corpses was released, so that's better than nothing I guess. Have a look here. Full of information! Thanks a lot! It's always so frustrating watching these demo videos, the devs always dance around the enemy and soak up loads of damage to be able to show off enemy behaviour. A real player would just crouch and shoot the same 3 guys in the head that the dev took 10 minutes of taking potshots and pussyfooting around to kill. Anyway, the 4 new videos were very nice, better start building my new PC soon...the OFP engine is really starting to look antique. (dx7-based)

Yeh, i think glare doesnt work at all with 9200 cards, i have a similar problem. You'll have to disable it in the config program. Did you try reducing the size/strength?

I noticed the same problem a few weeks ago when Firefox wasn't working and I had to use IE...when I used to use IE the the problem occurred randomly.

G8 Mod This mod seems to be dead, but they have lots of Italian addons in their downloads section. Italian Army Pack Old retextures, but better than nothing?
