Meindl Tunturisusi... "Tunturisusi" means (roughly) "Tundra wolf" in Finnish, so I think it´s wierd that a German company manufactures them.

I have self-healed a couple of times, I think it works like this: If you get hit as a medic and you are not moving or firing, he will heal himself. Otherwise, you´re interrupted and can´t heal (not by the action menu either). Otherwise this would be too easy to abuse, you heal yourself endlessly etc etc.

"The end of innocence for Finland" LOL! I remember watching the news (I´m Finnish) and they said over and over again that it doesin´t seem to be "politically motivated" No s**t, Sherlock. It reminded me of September 12 when the government beefed up security in the air etc etc. ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!! Finland is a great country, but do you actually think Al-Qaeda would attack a "skyscraper"(6-story building in helsinki) here, or a new nationalist terrorist movement would emerge, demanding that storekeepers stop rounding off Euro prices?

But you seem to speak (type?) English pretty good. You should write all the text in the campaign. The Russian is cool but spoiled by the subtitles that make me laugh out loud. The campaign looks great otherwise.

Ahh yes, Russian voices would be wonderful but there´s no point in worriyng about it now. But, if you type in the different Russian accents for your character in the Userinfo.cfg (why can´t the accents be available trough the character edit in-game?) like Aleksei and Oleg, you will find at least Two (2! whole voices that are never used in-game. I had never heard these accents before even tough I have played OFP every day for 7 months. Every voice has LOADS of things to say, so why are these voices just gathering dust while the more common voices call M163 Vulcans "M113", the AH-64 "Chopper", rockets "Weapon", churches "building" etc. etc....... Why can´t these voices be generated randomly, they´re completely normal. (And again, why aren´t Russian voices selectable in-game!?) This should have been addressed in the first patch

I have a Radeon 8500 on 1280x1024x32 in OFP and the helmets and hats still flash, but only at long ranges (binoculars or sniper rifles)

At least in the MP test the lighting was screwed up on all new Radeon cards. When using D3D Hardware Transform & Lighting all objects would flash white. The flashing would stop if you switched to normal D3D, but then you didn´t have the new lighting effects either. So, is this problem fixed in OFPR?

Ok thanks, I got my old drivers from there but it looks like they have updated! I´m gonna try them now.

No wait, now only MY character flashes white Come on, someone with OFPR and a radeon!?

That´s MALDEN!? Satchel what CPU do you have? I wonder how it will work with my 1 ghz, 256 mb ram, radeon 8500 system...I can´t have it on very high, I suppose Damn..I really should upgrade my system...and get OFPR! Thx for the pics.
