  3. turboprop, 2 engines.. its really hard because its not the first one you think of =) Think I will get a screen uploaded soon, but dont want to show it off in the current skin but in the north sahrani one. EDIT. All flight controls working (Flaps, rudder and so on) Left to do is the north sahrani skin, commandbar picture, maybe a map icon and the demo mission.. oh and almost forgot, heres the first screen EDIT2!!!   5. ah good guess, even I forgot about that. (that there is one screen) Anyway, I was thinking about the "story". There is a soviet build airport == soviet, it is impossible to guess but a soviet plane it is. Got the wheels rolling, the gear animated the rudder to turn. Just few more things and a mission then it will be released.
  6. rockets or guns shouldnt be a problem at all (unless we talking about some sort of turret), but Alouette II isnt a armed chopper (okey there are some versions.. but no) new projects in the pipeline is airplanes, cooperation with FW200, most "known" i guess for his planes to fdfmod... more information later this week I hope.. to help you with the guessing game on what type plane it could be.. i recommend you to check this page out and read alittle. Mod Koh Pulau Hompage (read the "about" section) any guesses?
  7. hehe, nope i never tested that bug.. dont know why, choppers under water, so obious Anyway, could it be with the "alpha" order? Dont think have with the textures to do at all, just guessing here tho. Have you named your textures something like _co? EDIT, and btw I love the KA26.. its "cute" =)

  12. liked the paint scheme on that one. Think I will make my civillian version something like that. EDIT. Did my civillian version, the "logo" (the red thing with a elephant) is disabled, but you can put whatever you like with "this setobjecttexture".
  13. thank you alot, made a sound based on the videos. Have one idea now. About the stretchers, thank you for the picture but my version will do, its a special Sahrani solution
  14. I might do the wheels, its not a piro. Sound is and making a complete shadow lod. Can get it to cast shadow on other objects but not on itself.
  15. UN version on the way, prepared the config for a civillian, fixed the error so now it has a south sahrani pilot. fixed the shadow, and not only shadow but "self shading". It was kinda easy,will explain later if someone wonders. (basicly a lod 10 000. Make closed objects, "triangulate" them and inverse and you done). Also as a bonus, textures not so good but a medevac. Still looking for a better sound. Also reworked the cockpit so its more 3d less 2d.

    eeeeexcelllent. Cant express how happy I am for this. I can make models, textures and code.. not top quality but I can make them.. but sounds always a problem for me. Music, weapons whatever. Thanks alot.

    Yeap, but the maxrange, minrange is for the ai to know its stupid to use the pistol at 800 meter when you got a sniper rifle but to switch to pistol if the target is less then 30 meter or something like that. In ofp the only thing I think affect the ballistics for bullets are the initspeed, for grenades and lanuchers its harder, also the weight of the projectil and if it got a "rocket engine" of some kind. Wish to share a story of mine that gave me a smile, was doing config work for a swedish version of the MK19 (Grenadelauncher). Made a script that would give me the distance from bullet exit to where the grenade exploded and compare with time. Founded three values in a "field manual", maxrange, speed when it exited the barrel and time for it to reach max range. Configed the initspeed and tested.. fired grenade over the horizon and it was spot on. OFP calculations...sometimes

    its nice to see my work inspired someone else Looked thru the thread now, many great stuff. Have you guys considered the airbus that will "replace" c130, think UK will buy it aswell.
  23. yeah I want a civ chopper for my island but cant decide the colors for it.. shadow, sound and remove us pilot.. Getting enough feedback for a good update later. Also, not commented but will fix the panels to working ones (easy but was lazy).

  25. ah yes, thought you were talking about the self shading stuff. Will give it an update once I get the tools so I can fix that shadow and normal one aswell or when I make the new textures (just need to figure out what paint scheme it should use).. anyway, no problem with the poking around, looks better with a shadow =)
