Ok guys enough. Rock already replied about the first issue, no need to extend it on 2 thread pages. Next post is about discussion on our addons (discussion = exchanging ideas, not telling you're waiting for it or asking for a release date) or I personnaly ask a mod to start cleaning the thread. Now, we all want (RKSL team as well as you guys) to get those addons released ASAP, so if want to help, post useful things that might help us finish those addons, not loose our time reading whining in this thread. We're always open to intelligent ideas and propositions. I'll take this opportunity to encourage anyone of you non-addonsmakers to actually become addons makers. I know it takes time and effort, but isnt that the best part of it? We just dont make addons for nothing. It's a great way to learn problem solving skills, and exercices the technical side of a person, as well as creativity. Yes, its hard work, sometimes painful, but DAMN, does it feel good seing your addon working ingame. Great self-accomplishment activity. This is a very bad practice to spread. If oyu want such addons, learn to make them yourself or wait. DO NOT PM addon makers. PLZ. If we have free time and feel like making addons we'll check the addons request thread. I think RockofSL had some bad experiences with PMs and addons requests...

@Telejunky: Retexturing isnt bad, but I think a remodelling is needed for this model to be up to ArmA's standard. @Polylimit dudes: I got a 18k model ingame and it gave me a: "Too many faces in model ***" error. It was only a 1.000 LOD with memory and landcontact.

I think the Cessna will have many other nice features that will make you forget to change the serial nrs anyway... Now VXR stop posting in the forums and go finish the texture!

I was about to make a post like this, but it would have sounded more like flamming so... but you got the right words, only hope those too-excited-creating-a-mod-for-their-country will get realistic and start creating 1 working addon before planning such mods... GJ.

Great to see the community is getting some new stuff ingame, was a bit tired of OFP ports and reskins... (not that I blame that kind of work, its another way of learning modding, but I was more interested in highpoly/arma addons.) Great work everyone, keep it up.

@Sniper Skull I don't know which other techniques you know, since mine is pretty much the base of it. It's mainly for those who got no clue of how UV works. I've been UVing like this since ever, and it prooves to be a simple yet effective way to do it. But yeah Ben Mathis has some pretty neat tutorials too.
