Try reproducing the problem with the editor, if you can make a mission and upload it to the issue tracker I'm sure the developers would be very appreciative.

You said you've checked your temperatures, what did your CPU and GPU go up to? anything over 70 is problematic. Poorly written missions can also cause freezes/locks. Certain Wasteland variants are appalling in terms of code quality.

You mention you've tried reinstalling dx11, have you tried running the dx9 setup file? The one found in arma3/DirectX/DXSETUP.exe Edit: your graphics card drivers are out of date, you could try updating to 320.49 or 326.19. http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-uk -
MP missions created using poorly optimised scripts(constant use of loops etc) will cause the server fps to plummet, in turn making your client fps plummet. Currently the only way around this is to play a mission that doesn't use inefficient scripts. Until a point in time that server and client fps is untethered.

Edit: BangaBob, do you plan to add some sort of AI to make the Green squads automatically attack positions without human intervention? Also, I'm running the dev branch and see a number of undefined variables, would giving you a list of them help at all?

There seems to be a huge problem with characters having no bones with todays patch: 213416 missing bones it seems. According to my RPT. e.g: Error: Bone weapon doesn't exist in skeleton OFP2_ManSkeleton Error: Bone leftfoot doesn't exist in skeleton OFP2_ManSkeleton This results in players standing in a 'T' stance. Edit: With further testing I cant seem to replicate the problem. Damnit. The related RPT text just before the bone errors, maybe it was a one-off? I tested it in a single-player game, sounded fine.

There's one change between 73115 and 73116, instead of being pushy why not use *115?

I'd love to try that out, I'm unable to play with PP at the level I'd like. I feel like i'm missing out on a great deal of 'polish'. SSAO and the like. -
It works with 72018, not the latest build - 72107.
