How did they get that shot? edit - from the RK english webpage What's a military pilot-sniper? They snipe from airplanes? Maybe he's a pilot, and a sniper.
-
Now I don't feel as bad about all those nasty statistics about the US.
-
(from CNN) He'll be remembered for being a funny guy.
-
Yeah you're probably right. But it still wasn't the kid's property We don't know enough details about this in the first place.
-
I thought only if it's intended use is for profit? they are actually profiting a considerable amount of money because of this. someone set up a donation bin. i think they're getting an ipod computer and a lot of money, someone listed it earlier in this thred. about the copyright, IIRC the video wasn't his, it was the school's. he was taping it for a school project. could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time
-
afaik it's public domain until it's copyrighted. it wasn't his personal property, it was school property, and i dont think they would of copyrighted it. If you take it with the intent of keeping it, it's stealing. If you take it, then give it back, it's not stealing... I think. Laws against stealing are to prevent loss of property, but if you give the object back it's not lost.

Of course there's a mirror. lol I'm a Bush supporter and even I think that's funny.

Look at these ground textures. Wierd texture bug? (look at pilots) Also, different textures for shadows? Airplane shadow Tank shadow

I refuse to watch his speeches because of his abysmal orating. Â I read them after the fact. I dunno about you but I love this one http://www.fuckitall.com/bsh/union.wmv Link's not working, but I know what you're talking about. pretty funny but anybody could pull it off, they just pan the camera away every time they edit what he says.
-
Hey, I do too. I just seem to remember bigger numbers.
-
He copyrighted the tape? And I dunno about theft, they might of just copied it and given it back.
-
which law did they break?
-
One thing I liked though, they added inaccuracy in their weapons. Even OFP has a problem with this. Firing a rifle while being shot at and adrenaline pumping isn't going to be spot on accurate, and it isn't in this game.

haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaha!!!!! I just tried the demo, don't even bother. The best part was when you shoot the enemy with a mounted machine gun (the demo has a mounted PK facing the bridge). Â Shoot them just once and they'll do a little dance for you. Â Almost like they're shaking their cans at you. "Iraqis Gone Wild!"

I don't. But the evidence he provided doesn't prove it, I was pointing that out.
-
Ok nevermind if i came up with the ROEs I'd answer my own question
-
Ok, so given this scenario, what would you do? You're driving along with your fellow peacekeepers in some APC or something and stumble across a small battle. Â Would you 1) Turn around and run 2) Wait and help the wounded 3) Shoot anyone who's shooting, after verbal warnings of course

She's so high she tries to smoke pictures? Anyway, the kid's at fault because he taped it. The 4 kids are at fault because they made fun of him... a lot. ... a whole lot I've heard of being a school joke, maybe even a town joke, but this is worldwide. I can understand how this kid can get messed up in the head because of this.

Theres always the Nogova Air Force (or malden air force, everon).
-
That sounds low to me. Did they stop counting at the "end of major conflict"?
-
Was he talking about Afghanistan or Iraq? edit - and I think if you tallied up Iraqi casualties and compared them to ours, you'd agree that the coalition brought it on.
-
That's my point. He was trying to make it seem like the soldier was threatening them. He wasn't, they're just naturally afraid of soldiers and guns. Which is good I might add.
-
Did you guys snipe with machine guns and shoot through bushes? Anyway, I heard somewhere that the star wars kid was on Tech TV about this. Don't have anything solid about it. But if he was he shouldn't be suing anybody about it. He's making money too and apparently isn't too distraught about it if he went on TV.
-
They're afraid of them because they have to deal with, first hand, what a gun can do to a person.
