Even though half the people at this board hate me, and the other half I haven't talked to yet, happy new year everyone. Drive safe and all.

How'd you do it?

My economy is ... horrible. 41% income tax and a "weak" rating. Is it me or is "sprawling bureaucracy" an oxymoron? http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin....=soadia

Douglas MacArthur I took the political leader test and... David Ben-Gurion

There's no shell expendetures and the handle doesn't come back. Hard for an uneducated American like me to explain. You know when you're loading the gun, you pull back the handle to chamber the round? Well that action doesn't open up to push out the shell.

I heard that a lot of it was just repeating itself and it left a lot of questions unanswered. Â Kinda like my psychology reports. edit - it mentions it in your article </span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">The United Nations has until January 9 to assess fully the weapons declaration that Iraq submitted December 7. But chief U.N. weapons inspector Hans Blix has said Iraq had failed to provide evidence in its declaration to prove that it no longer has weapons of mass destruction, and U.S. and British officials said it falls short of the complete accounting the Security Council has demanded. <span id='postcolor'>

I just noticed this. Try shooting the M1 Carbine, pay special attention to the gun itself. Notice how the action doesn't move at all. Same thing with the Colt, and the Japanese sidearm.

In Day of Defeat they'd take sound bytes from saving private ryan and band of brothers and use them as ambient battle noise for the game. Was almost annoying because I'd sit and think "now where'd I hear this before".
-
Eh, it was ok. But I couldn't beat the SP demo mission because of some stupid glitch that wouldn't let me get over the wooden block to get the boat. Oh well. It's 1AM and I don't want to think about it.

How do some people's heads get so skewed that they'll kill people for nothing, just because they're an American. And not just nothing, for actually helping them.

One of the first scenes in the Mummy Returns where the guy is walking around with a revolver in that pyramid. Everything he did to that gun made it click, including move it through the air. It was pretty funny.

Probably blanks that are beefed up with a computer sound program. I bet it's different depending on which movie you're watching. If it's Saving Private Ryan you're probably hearing blanks. If it's something like Rambo 23 you're probably hearing generic archived sounds. I don't know, just what I think. Someone's probably going to quote this and shoot it down with 5 sources.

I'd probably pick up USAF if I found it, only for the A-10.

Yes, flight simulators, they put the FS in FSPilot There's a huge amount of military flight sims out there, so which one is your favorite, if any? Mine would have to be Falcon 4.0. It's old, about 4 years old, but it's got OK graphics, the best realism you can get, and lots of addons/unofficial patches for it. The gameplay is unbeatable. You're never flying the same old scripted mission with the campaign. It's got a campaign generator which makes new missions on it's own for you to fly, which you can also change to your liking so you're not flying directly over a SAM site. The other military flight sims out there are... Microsoft CFS3 (just released) Janes came out with a bunch of them, some got cancelled though -_- LOMAC (Lock On-Modern Air Combat) And I think Microprose is planning on more Falcon sims, but I'm not sure. So who else plays these?

Not enough advertising. Sacrifices SOME fun for realism. Other than that it'd catch on if it were popular. A Canadian friend told me about it.

Here are those pics I was talking about. Me buying ammo and renting gun. What happens when I try to make my lanky self look intimidating.

SOYLENT GREEN IS MADE OF PEOPLE! PEOPLE I TELL YOU!! WAAHHH!!!! I guess if they don't do the whole harvesting human things it'd be ok. Generally whatever doesn't take away from the quality of human life..

</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote (denoir @ Dec. 29 2002,00:51)</td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">It's not harvesting humans. You grow the organs in vitro. They already grow ears and noses at the Karolinska institute in Stockholm throguh stem cells. In short you grow the organ in a bowl, it's not in any way a human being.<span id='postcolor'> I'm not talking about what the people at the Karolinska institute do, I'm talking about using cloning to make people, then using the people to make organs. Not something that's already being done, but something that could be done.
-
He has a point. But until they come up with proof I wont be taking them seriously. I just don't trust their word. As for the concept of cloning, I just don't think it's right. There's no reason for it to be used to create children, as adoption is a good alternative for those who simply cant conceive, everyone else can do it the natural way. It's a very sick alternative for organ donation. Harvesting humans to take their organs, just not right. It'd make our values for human life go way down, and they're already pretty bad thanks to abortion.

I haven't seen anything so far.
-
I heard of some group that was freezing people to keep them alive (don't know how that worked ) and would wake them back up once someone found a cure for mortality. I've got no idea how it worked, probably doesn't very well.
-
Hmm, harvesting humans for cures to diseases and for their organs. What's next, soylent green? Anyway, if people who dont think Bush has enough evidence to go to war with Iraq, but believe this, theres something wrong.
