Its hell lot easier to determine the winner beforehand when theres a big margin unlike in Florida where few thousand votes might turn the whole thing upside down.

Kerry has been getting good numbers on exit polls in Ohio but Florida looks bit bad, however lot of the pre-election votes have not been counted and methinks lot of those were casted by pro-Kerry people.
