    Coincidence, I think not!

Someone with your history should then realise that, instead of posting spam, it would be better to not post at all in such a case.

Cows and spamming. Now where have I heard that before Ok, FINAL WARNING. Stick to the topic - small talk/spam/unrelated posts in this thread will from now on be punished with WL boxes and post restrictions. It is unfortuante that it had to come to this, but then you had over 160+ pages to get the idea

    Software Needed

Could you not just create Overhead Projector slides of the topographic maps of the area, then project the buildings on them (maybe combine a topographic map with a building layout map), then simply use the OHP slides and mark on them with felt tips. I know its very simple, but I reckon it will be good enough?

Is the title of this thread "HTML For Dummies"? I will help you with the answer: No it isn't.

There is no "centering" tag in html There is, however, an "align" attribute which you can use for some tags ("td" being one of them")

    United Kingdom Island

Way off-topic. If you have news regarding this island, you may create a new thread. Jungle Sniper, you get 48 hrs post restriction for name calling. Good way to start the new year

    Sell my VBS1 / Verkaufe mein VBS1

If you get told to not post a "sell VBS" thread here, it means do not post a "sell VBS" thread here. See HERE. Another blatant disregard of a moderator's instruction will result in a removal of posting rights.

    Windows Dialogue Box Programming

Visual Basic.NET is the secret language that unlocks all Windows API's. If you want to do slightly more advanced stuff, or are more used to C/C++, you may want to use C#.NET instead. Excel and Word and most other MS Office products use a dumbed down version of VB.NET, called VBA, in order to implement modifications of documents (i.e. macros). You can also use it to draw an interface for an Access database btw. Unlike VB.NET, VBA is not fully OO and is more reminiscent of scripting, however, as far as I am aware, most Windows APIs remain accessible, though I am not sure of the syntax. You don't need to purchase Visual Studio.NET to produce dialogue boxes, however. You can do it with a "free" language like Java, or if you are hardcore you can write a C++ program in Notepad - but be warned, the code for a single window/dialogue box is fairly extensive, which is why VB.NET is so much more appealing. As for how much Microsoft or Sun own when you produce a piece of software using their language/development kits, I think your legal/HR department should read the licensing agreement in detail before signing anything. I hope this helps
