right i have no idea whats happening with the huey pack, the guys not online at the minute so i cant find out anyway heres screenshots of the harrier its just me playing around but no doubt advocate hates it

i can see why some people dont like it, but a lot of people do like it, i get loads of emails from people saying how much they like it and only one or two saying they dont, or that they deleted it in 20 seconds, as long as there are still people enjoying playing around with the models i make ill make them, even if they arent the prettiest thing ever (and youve only got another two weeks of ugly models to put up with)

you say i turn beautiful models into ugly ones, but youve only seen one of the models ive done ingame, the harrier was a thing i did when i was bored, the same with the cargoplane from another thread, and to be honest wat else can i do until i get oxygen? i doubt kegetys would team up with me so basically all i can do is make models that i find fun, if you dont like them, do as you did and delete it, the huey is a bit of variation, are you not sick of hundreds of 'new' blackhawks that are just new textures and different names?

oh i thoguht you meant someting huey related, anyway, have you looked under empty>objects or civilian>objects other than that its probably an init command

right i air mailed the thing for the thing we arent allowed to mention today, so hopefully and what do you mean by prefab?

i dont think it looks much like it, but i can see how he could have changed mine to look like that

they are being uploaded to http://www.operation-flashpoint.dk/ by the guy who did the resistance textres, wont be long now oh and my next project, im going to take a break from the blackhawk for a bit and make the AV-8B harrier from kegetys hawk this is what i did in 5 minutes so i could see if it was possible, im completely restarting i now have pictures/blueprints (i did the one in the shot from memory)

i may not have made much sense in the last post, there is a special operations texture (black), and three fast attack versions of the huey (one per texture) the air cavalry verson is black with air cavalry patches, and the resistance one is normal colours

im not sure, i still think hes changed my model, as if you look at the photo closely it has a white patch on it, and i did that by accident when i was making it...

it was the spec ops fast attack with both doors open, ive done a whole set of black hueys that are piloted by black ops which is the third set of textures

that'll do (i wasnt sure whether it was a refined version of my model or he made it himself, all i know is i sent him my .p3d after he said he would texture it so i went with the assumption it was a remodelled version of mine)

not up yet, im trying to get a server but i cant email 5mb, i was meantt o be getting one earlier but i havent heard anything back oh and i left the spec ops version out

because i dont have the time or energy to go over it again, i have to do a lot more stuff like a new helicopter im making (lynx)

ive put all the hueys into a pack (Resistance, Spec Ops, Air Cavalry) ive left the fast attack version out as it needs tweaking ill release it in a few days im trying to get it uploaded somewhere but as its 5mb its pretty hard, so im looking around on irc for someone to host it, might take a while, some problems with it 1. Weapons fire from the middle of the huey, i cant fix it, its just one of the problems with editing 2. The hueys will turn into the original at a distance (it would have taken me weeks to change every single distance lod and its not that noticable) this is also the reason im keeping the fast attack version for tweaking as at a distance you can clearly see its changed into the other version, if you want me to add it and not keep it here for tweaking for a few more days tell me and ill shove it in the pack, it will also allow me to start the lynx faster, so its up to you lot

i didnt want the bullets to explode so im using kegetys minigun for the pod and another version with the gunship with damage set to 49 (one point below the point they explode i think)

just sent my agreement letter by air mail today

thats martins huey, and im not sure but i sent him my huey to be textured so either hes refined it or ripped me off

right heres pictures of the new versions, they are only low res as youll be able to take some yourself when they are released (probably tomorrow night with all 3 sets released) the ones in the screenshots are the black op hueys the other versions are air cavalry and resistance and when i get other textures theyll be there too, oh and the G8 versions of the huey has been released and is on the G8 site (G8) the gunship^ the ffar version^ minigun pod version^ fast attack version^
