It is offtopic, but to get back on track, let me explain how the laser designator works. When a soldier armed with the designater aims (and activates) somewhere, the pilot in the A-10 will see a red (hostile) target in his HUD. Simply choose your LGB as weapon and lock on. Fly high (important), and simply release the bomb when the targeting system is locked on (When the square over the target turns into a diamond). The soldier on the ground have to keep focusing on the target until the bomb hits. If done like that, your bomb will 99% make a hit.

So does buildings really sway in arma ?

I figured out my nickname after I dissed my old one, "Julemanden". Julemanden means Santa-clause in Danish, but I needed something more "cool" So I found a spanish dictionary and looked up ghost/spirit, and there it was - Espectro

Alright! Â Now we should have no problem telling which country's gov't is friendly with us. Bravo, those flags will work for now, but the North is looking to change its flag to read "N & S". Aeon, your flags look great. Â The northern flag looks better than the real one in the game. Oh man, Tioner aint gonna like that

I must admit that the 'that' either gotta go, or need fixing. It's not smooth at all, and it's almost like he shout's THAT instead of using it in a sentence: 8, Target THAT(!! soldier, 5'o'clock. It would be cool, if there were more random radio-orders. Like: 8, Engage Sniper, 5'o clock 8, Take out that Sniper, 5'o clock 8, Attack Sniper, 5'o clock 8, Get the Sniper, 5'o clock Would also be cool, if the system checks how much under fire the squadleader is when giving commands, and then use accordingly aggressive ones, like: 8, Take out that sniper, 5'o clock NOW! ALL, Hit the ground now! ALL, Retreat now! - All get back, go go go!

but three times in a row I just get the 404 (page cannot be displayed). Why doesn't it work? To much info to search for or what? (The other searchterms are: Type: Post and or topictitles, All open forums, Searches in, topic titles and posts, searches from the beggining (and newer)) What I'm trying to achive is the combination between, recoil and the 4 other words, like getting "recoil" and "realism" in the same thread, or "recoil" and "unrealistic" etc etc. What am I doing wrong? Yes it was photoshopped. Infact it wasn't BIS who made it, but someone from our community. Sorry, I cannot recall his name right from the back of my head, help anyone?

OFP (the game, not name) is still BIS'. The only difference is, that BIS aren't allowed to earn money on it (commercial use) without Codies behind them. SO it might be possible that BIS releases a free download with all the original stuff from OFP/Ressistance. They can't, however, include it in the ArmA-package, since then it would be of commercial use.

I think its the motherboard... I read somewhere that the nforce4 chipset is bugged when using a 64bit cpu I get the error before the BIOS. The error changes if I move around with the RAM but reoccurs after a shutdown. It can also boot if I CMOS reset the motherboard, but again - it's only till the next shutdown. I tried taking off one of the graphics card, but no luck. I am gonna call the shop tomorrow asking for them to give me a non-nforce chipset motherboard. Does anyone know if I can use SLI on other than that nforce4 crap? Thx.

Man, im having problems with this setup. This is the error my motherboard is giving me. Any1 know what to do and whats wrong? It worked a few hours and got windows installed. This is the error im getting: 1. Program MTRR of M1 CPU 2. Initialize L2 cache for P6 class CPU & program CPU with proper casheable range 3. initialise APIC for P6 class CPU 4. on MP platform, adjust the casheable range to smaller one in case of casheable ranges between each CPU are not identical I have an amd 64 x2 3800+ processor.... What to do? Thanks.
