Okay guys, im in! I haven't bought the full license yet, though because Visa apperently have put in some more security and since I dont have netbank on this computer, I cannot pay on their site... ARGHHH!!! So what do I do to join u guys? And how do I get those nifty skins to my car ?

I am so sorry, guys - but yesterday my laptop broke down, and there was no way to make backup of the thing, since it simply halted completely. Can the people who already sent in the entries please resend it again? I was such a fool putting all my armedassault.eu stuff on my laptop, since this is the computer I use(d) most. I am very sorry for the inconvinience, and I hope it's not too much to ask for. I have already read most of the entries, and they are excellent, so keep 'em coming, and for those who is to shy to submit a story, look forward till we release them for public reading here Cheers lads.

This is what I heard and this is what I rely on. Also the Morphicon employee told me that I should call again on Friday to get a more precise answer. Of course I can picture that BIS wont be happy that some single private guy takes up the work of an outter Germany publisher, but this is not my fault. It is legal to buy as many copies as I want and do whatever I want with them (either destroy the discs or send them off to EU, this is my decision aint it?) What I'm doing here is for the sake of the OFP/ArmA players, waiting for 2 years when ArmA was postponed. I care more for the players to be happy and satisfied than the publisher. And please if you look closer to the quoted text you will realize, that I also wrote that Morphicon still does not know anything for sure. So whats your point ? If you are honest about it (and I think you are), this is a very nice gesture of you, and you can expect an order from me, unless someone decides to publish it here in Denmark.

Does that mean that we can integrate simple "config-only" addons for existing addon pbos (with models, textures, sounds, etc) into missions like I said on the previous page? This can solve ballancing different addons. Now only if the meta-tags for missions were possible and we do not need naming standards (to which no-one would adhere) whatsoever. I asked Placebo this question - he doesn't know, and there is noone to ask according to him. We must wait until someone else asks (!?). Oh, and BI won't release damage values for current vehicles/weapons neither. They see no reason to do so prior release. What a disapointing day

That's the least of my worries, really. AI is alot more my concern than exiting-vehicle-animation.

About the AI.. L etranger already stated that the new AI wasnt incoorperated in the build he recieved. So I guess we are looking at the old ofp-AI.

I will not condemn those people who do bad things in the name of christianity, or fail to follow it, just like i won't condemn a murderer, or a homosexual, or anyone who goes every weekend to a disco to hunt for drunk girls. I am not any better. Another main point of christianity is being humble, because none of us can 100% follow God in purity so we need to apologize and remember that we all have been bad in our lives. No that's pretty wrong, unless you listen to false prophets like the Quakers. Catholics for example aren't allowed to use condoms, have abortions (it is officially considered "murder of the absolutely innocent" i think). So our values are pretty different. By values, I mean more community related values - acceptance of other societies, democracy and freedom of speech. All these very important values is what symbolise the western world from our point of view. More important is, what the extremist Muslims see. They see the western world AND Christians in one piece. In fact, they hate atheists more than Christians... But their hate is primarily focused on the 'western world' (which include both 'parties'. Due to this hate, they are very easily provoked as seen in recent events. I myself is an Atheist - or whatever you can call it. I do not believe in a God and I do not believe that you are judged by other than yourself, when you are dead. - if there is anything. On one hand, I find it quite depressing if there isn't anything on 'the other side' - but on the contrary, it is quite a relief if there isn't - It's not like we would care. I guess this is way offtopic, though. I'll end it with a couple very intelligent quotes :

Well, martinovic's post sums it up really nicely actually. Christians can not take offence, it goes against the teachings of christianity. You can't stand up for a religion while trampling over it's basic principles. This isn't a matter between the Western World and the Muslim World. It's a matter between Christianity and the Muslim World. Big difference. If it was about the western world then it would be ok to tell atheists/new agers/mormons/scientologists or whatnot to stand up for themselves, but asking Christians to do the same borders on heresy. I believe you are wrong - In this case, the Muslims doesn't distinguish christians and the western world. In their eyes it's the same thing, since we are living in the same community having pretty much the same values. I hate the fact that some of the extremist do violent acts against people like the aged woman. For all I care they can whine all they want to for themself as long as they don't hurt anyone, I just don't want to listen to their ignorant garbage.
