While not all people are saints, it is not really up to anyone to decide wether or not he/she should live. Self defense is arguable though. Anyone can claim anything in the matter of self defense. Hell, it is even used in our legal system for people who want to get out of murder or actually did do something in self defense. It is also a term often misused and sometimes even misunderstood by some people.

    Bundeswehr videos!

For a moment, I thought you were going to talk about beer. Anyways, Im sure its just your PC. HAve you tried using a different streaming or other program? Even try saving it to your hard drive? That might work better because the player dosen't have to keep asking for the data. Its probobly because some scenes may be missing due to slowness.

I found this militairy related thing on the net

Most likely. The media usually has two sides of a coin. They stick to one side until something happens, then they go on the other. Meaning that they could say a certain countries military is special and good-hearted, then when they see something like...lets say...the Somalia Incident with the Canadian Airborne, they usually then dig up all the dirt.

    North hollywood bank shootout 1997

Shot in the shoulder? Which one? Considering the angle of the tank(I think it was stuck on the dividers on a highway) it would have probobly mean the left, going through the heart at the right angle. You would think, though, they would have found a different solution either than shooting him.

    Isolationism!

Or would that be just too harsh? -=Die Alive=-<span id='postcolor'> Unfortunatly, that would also go against the democratic way of thinking without switching to another form of thinking. Even though limited, all people in Western countries have some sort of freedom. One of them is the Freedom of movement, which where a person wants to live.

    Isolationism!

Isolationism is not the best of ideas for any country. Isolation of a country can bring questions and sometimes overly stupid answers. Also the fact that all countries somewhat depend on eachother for resources and materials, it is important that thye don't. That is why most nations are trying to get as much black gold as possible(oil). Also the lack of these materials can break the economy and cause a drop. Also technology in that one country would no advance well since the isolation would mean they would be left out of things and that the needed materials in order to research would be gone.

    Gamespy and dos attacks

Steam is being developed actually by Valve. You need it in order to get CounterStrike 1.6 or something like that. I actually beta tested it, nothing new. Quite useless and retarded. What I know valve is going to do is let people have it for free, then make a special service for money, then make the program pay-for use.

    Question about video i saw

Hmm...I downloaded that video of (I think) of the swedish military from http://www.forummatch.com/forum....d=13827 And I was wondering about the last part of it. It had tracers firing from the barrel, but what made me question is why they bounced around when they hit something. Of coarse, they made the whapping noise when they hit, but I was just wondering why they were bouncing around. I dont know much about the military, especially about how weapons work. Should the bullets really bounce around like that? Or are they just tracer rounds?
