I don't think 'Neck Shot' is an official term in English, probably because it isn't really a method used in English speaking countries. AFAIK the only method of execution with firearms in English speaking countries involves a bunch of blokes shooting another bloke with no particular regard to where they shoot him, as long as it's fatal. No shooting in the back of the head, neck etc.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that's had a dream about OFP... I dreamt I was walking up a hill on Everon near some forests - not very exciting (I wasn't armed ) , but I'm sure it was the OFP environment (grass, trees etc.). There was even the set viewdistance - I couldn't see past a certain point due to fog I also had my dream in 640x480x16

I've always wondered what the difference was between the M4A1 Carbine and the CAR-15... Are they just different versions of essentially the same gun that have been developed by different companies (eg. Colt and Armalite)? I also have a sneaking suspicion that the CAR-15 may be a version marketed for civilians - if this is true (which it probably isn't), why do a number of forces choose this over the M4A1? Cheers

Great work The Minimi has one of the best 'feels' of any weapon (original or addon) so far. Sound, rate of fire etc. are excellent...keep up the good work

I'd like a proper SAM system (perhaps the HMMWV Avenger, Bradley Linebacker, or Rapier), which I think would work pretty well on the new Resistance island, seeing as it's quite a bit larger. Some more APC's & trucks would be nice...ooh and a Land Rover...and a 105mm howitzer...more i say! more!

Everon - it's nice and green, lush, nice large forests and more of a small village community feeling than Malden. The mountains/valley in the south are triffic, especially at sunrise/sunset. I'm looking forward to Nogova though...it should have even more of a nice communal feeling with the new bus route

For me it's either Indonesia or New Zealand Indonesia has a dodgy airforce, rusted up old navy and an army who spend their weekends shooting and beating up Indonesian citizens who don't do what they say...one of their ex Generals (Wiranto), after letting loose the militia in East Timor, retired and released his own love song album *shudder* New Zealand's only problem is it's airforce - which doesn't exist any more, seeing as they got rid of their A-4 Skyhawks and P-3 Orions (1/2 of them were based in Australia anyway ). Apart from that (I don't know much about their navy, but I think they're cutting it back somewhat), they've got some kickass soldiers (eg. the NZ SAS). Australia's army itself is getting a bit bodgy...we're still deciding if we're getting anything at all to replace our Leopard 1 tanks, although some new Tiger's will help fix that...

Ah k, so the XM177E2 is an improved version of the CAR-15... I have read in a few places that modern special forces use the CAR-15, so perhaps they simply mean the XM177E2, but say CAR-15 cos it's the original...maybe It also appears like the M4A1 has a thicker foregrip than the CAR-15, but perhaps the pictures were mislabelled (and the foregrip thickness is up to the discretion of the user)...

I thinks it's pretty good - it makes a good Forward Air Controller plane...BTW, has anyone seen an addon of the Cessna with smoke rockets/bombs etc. for marking enemy positions?
