    You could try installing Satchel's Dynamic Range soundpack...it replaces all weapon/player/vehicles sounds...it really does sound a lot better than the default OFP sounds

    Come on, it's not like everyone who plays OFP or Resistance is going to start believing Russians are all evil/satanic/psychotic just because they are on the opposing side in a game... This should be particularly true of the OFP community, who seem to me to be more sensible and intelligent than a lot of other gamers out there... The fact that Russians are on the opposing side (although they weren't in Red Hammer) is probably due to the fact that the majority of the people who'll play it are from the "Western side" - you make the game to appeal to the most people you can...it's got nothing to do with BIS or anyone thinking the Ruskies are evil... If there was a game out that involved the player going around and killing Aussies, I would play it if it was any good

    The last mission, the pub one...takes a little while to go and get everyone, but at least no-ones shooting at you

    Well by all means enlighten us as to how this addon is flawed...how is his knowledge of military equipment inferior to yours? Please give us some reliable sources of info as well... I think its very sad to rip into a guy's hard work, no matter what you think of it...

    Chopper landing gear!

    AFAIK, choppers that can raise their landing gear, such as the Hind, never actually do so when flying slow or in combat situations...I think being able to raise the gear is only for long-range flight...I could be wrong tho As for screwing up all the Russian stuff, there's no need to go off like a frog in a sock...there could be any number of reasons BIS didn't implement these, and in the end does it really make any difference to gameplay or fun?

    Cpt moore oxygen addon pack

    The FBI HRT guy is prob the best unit model I've seen so far...I like the bulkier looking helmet/vest and the sidearm strapped to his leg...now all we need is some downtown crack houses to bust into Also, how has the howitzer been tweaked? I haven't played with it much, so I haven't noticed anything different...

    Shooting paratroopers

    I don't think you can hit/kill paratroopers with small arms, but I think you can collide with them (in a helicopter/plane) and destroy their parachute... Just as a side note, isn't it against the rules of the Geneva Convention to shoot paratroopers while they're in the air? Something about them not being able to defend themselves?

    Men not doing what they are told

    Your men can be total morons at times...as in running directly into the line of fire etc. etc. That's why I prefer to play as another part of the squad, so that I don't get frustrated as all my men are mown down by a single enemy soldier.

    I would say some time after they release Resistance (on 21st June) - assuming they can be buggered releasing it at all I suppose it depends on how well Resistance sells also...if it doesn't do too well, they may rethink releasing IL.... Details of IL in any regard seem to be far and few between...
