I don`t know if this is a bug but when i read my briefing and then i start the game things in game have already move. Exemple a truck. I don`t understand why. I have to follow a truck but hes gone. I have to read my briefing fast than start the game. i hate this.

hmm you mean choosing between ends#1 ends#2 etc etc. Than activation present? I don`t get it.

You mean like the movie We were soldier with mel gibson? I did that kind of mission. You are like maybe 20-25 soldier and are surround by more than 100 vietcong ( they do look like vietcong too with addon ) You must defend yourself because they are moving toward you in all direction. Im still editing the mission because im about to finish another one that i started 2 weeks ago. what i like is that i have some sound ( speech ) and music from the movie pearl harbor and hamburger hill. Anyway hope some will try it and give some feedback. DarkT3 No intro and outro yet in that one cause it was just my second mission but worth a try. -
ok i got news... The intro work. Using simple camera etc. Only one thing. Do i have to do something so the intro stop? OR is it normal that i must push spacebar or enter to start and go to the briefing to stop the intro? Â Damn i love this game. Exemple: i just tried something like a heli flying and a camera following the Heli. When the heli reach is waypoint and the camera is stop nothing happen until i push a button. Is this normal? haha weird, before the camera turns on i can eject people from the helo That is not normal lol Like if i was able to control the intro.

I didn`t have the bug here either. After repairing i had to shoot the mia1 5 shot with the t-80. Using patch 1.46 with satchel sounds.

Well i did look again and its before the mission start. Also i did a mistake by saying the truck because the truck doesn`t move. Its a plane that is flying. I use a camera going 360 around the plane but sometime the plane will already passed the trigger so that way i miss the camera shot. That weird, before i push the start mission the plane is already moving. But sometime it won`t. -
Boarding chopper as leader

ok looks like a can do it now but if i get into the chopper first it will go away. So i guess i only have to order my men to get in first than me after -
Ok here is the situation, i must save a prisoner. I must run somewhere where an uh60 will land and wait for me until a get in the chopper with the prisoner so we can fly and go away. Now i just don`t know how to do that because in the tutorial it explain how to do it when there is a leader but now i am the leader so .... any advice?

I did the "We were soldier once" ( New movie with mel gibson )mission with about more than 100 vietcong all around you and moving toward you. You can`t really move because you are maybe 20 men defending your site. Anyway if someone is interested let me know. Hamburger hill should be cool too

How to make the mission end when a specific unit

You don`t really need to type this not alive... You can just drag a line from the trigger to the thing you want to die. Than choose not present. but use like 9999 axis a and 9999 axis b etc etc -
no entry config.cpp/cfgvehicule/fountain.animPeriod This is the same message i have everytime. I made a clean install than put 1.30 than 1.46 than add the new wright's sound. Add the new config.cpp intro bin folder than delete old config.bin. Added dynamic.pbo in addon. so what am am doing wrong?

Yo! You said that you installed the satchel sound after installig 1.46? I tried but i get an error. Do you know why?

!@@$%%$^&^%& dammit. i reinstall ofp. Put patch 1.30 than 1.46. Install new sound from wright and i still get that damn error... no entry config.cpp/cfgvehicule/fountain.animPeriod. Should i install 1.45 first? if so can i do it now or i have to reinstall again.?

lol oups ok sorry i forgot about the link you post. Now i will download the new .cpp file to work with 1.45 and 1.46. Thx But how come i didn`t find any info on this new version? I thought everybody like that new sound so much

Nope the config.bin is delete. I have the new config.cpp in the bin directory and the dynamicrange.pbo in the addon.

Supposed i create a trigger in my mission. Is there a way that i can copy that trigger in the mission. Lets say you want to make 10 trigger for adding bird sound. Can i make one and make a copy so i won`t have to make it 10 time?

whoo hoo got it. I remember seeing it in the tutorial a long time ago. Well i will write it in case someone else is asking the same. "Hold down Ctrl and then click on (or drag a box around) all entities you'd like to copy. Then hold you mouse over one of the selected units (very important! Without this the copying won't work) and press Ctrl-C. Now move the cursor an empty part of the map and press Ctrl-V". -
I use my own music in my  mission but how come the mission is like 10mb when others can have it at less than one mb? i have maybe 3-4 music but thats about it. Is there a way that we can compress the mission .pbo file or something??

Just wondering how much will stay with 1.42 for the new sound and or how much will go for 1.45 and forget the new sound?
