Those are unfortunately the downsides of digital distribution; nobody can guarantee perfect transmission of data, so if it gets corrupted ... the file needs to be downloaded again (or repaired in some cases). Different online vendors use different tools and some are more reliable than others.

We believe the cockpit flicker issue may have been fixed finally. It's first deployed in an Operation Arrowhead beta patch (TKOH coming soon). -

Beta patch rev. 95741 released (1.05 required!) Changelog: This beta patch contains many recent merged fixes and technologies from Operation Arrowhead. It is not a full patch Release Candidate and does not contain the data fixes previously released in the 1.06 RC. We'd like to make sure the EXE is stable before we release the Downtown patch and Rearmed.

Beta patch rev. 95741 released (1.05 required!) Changelog: We are still tracking and fighting both the cockpit flicker bug and the NVG CTD / artifacts bug, but they are particularly resistant :cylon:

A new EXE-only beta patch was released. This is unfortunately up to Steam support, and it does not have priority for them. We'll still try to motivate them to get it out there. Meanwhile: the NC installer is compatible and will work with your Steam version. -
Hi, the patches are not compatible with the demo. We have plans to update the demo after the next full main game patch.

We are currently building a new beta patch to test a lot of new EXE fixes and changes brought in from recent work on Operation Arrowhead (some technology is shared and the improvements will benefit TKOH). Once that receives a little testing we'll likely deploy another full RC patch. -

Hi community! Today I am proud to be releasing a special little project that has been in the works on-the-side for a while: Take On Noisecontrollers - a FREE DLC for TKOH. You can now download the DLC and have a go at 14 new Time Trials which were specifically created to be very challenging. Do this with several uniquely designed Light liveries and the Noisecontrollers sitting in your helicopter. You’ll also get a 30-minute exclusive mix of tracks from their debut album E=nc2! Before anybody wonders why we are spending development time on this instead of other projects or patches: all work was done in our spare time, thanks to the kind efforts of some of our team members and the Noisecontrollers themselves. Unfortunately this is really up to FX. We have contacted them several times to motivate releasing updates through their auto-updater. Hopefully once the next patch is out (which we are working on), they will be motivated to release it as well. -

Our support resources are stretched a little thin at the moment, but with OA's 1.62 having been released, the next TKOH patch should get closer to release. We wanted some of the fixes in OA to make it into this patch (e.g. detection of available video memory). -

Can you try deleting the extracted installer cache from the local temp folder (might be hidden), and running it again? -

Beta patch rev. 91893 released (1.05 required!) Changelog: This beta patch only targets the disappearing cockpit issue, so no other areas / data are different since the previous version. The issue has been fixed on our in-house hardware, but we'd like to know if that applies to you as well.

The final stage in this little side-project is the perfect mix of all the elements: a lucky winner can win a real helicopter flight together with the Noisecontrollers over Defqon.1 Festival! Among other things, E3 has had our staff spread a little thin. We are working on the patch, but I cannot guarantee a final release date now. -
Hi, which ones do you mean? In the Career you can, at the Heliport, visit the helicopter upgrades menu and assign different liveries or set your own color.
