    Thank to Donnervogel for explanation about point 1 And concerning the others : 2) Could you precise which weapon ? And if the inventory was already full or not ? If that's a BIS related bug.. i cannot do anything... but if the default ammo for a specific gun is incorrect.. i can. 3) In swiss army regular infantry the medic soldier receive a p220 but no assault rifle by default. 4) Actually that's a bit hard... but i can try to add an option in future.

    Very interesting.. i will investigate about the specific mag model (maybe using proxy magazine model). And about the zoom.. that's another problem.. cause.. if i reduce the zoom in comparaison with the basic one used by default weapons... the gameplay will suffer. This zoom can be considered like the effect of concentration on the aim sight. By default every character can zoom with right button... but i will check to find the best compromise. Thank for feedback

    Thank all And about the missions... yes.. that was planned.. we have all the authorisations and so.. but not the time and enough people to do the job Our priority was the soldiers and weapons... now we will start working on the mission part. I think our next future release will include as key feature an huge multiplayer pack... a lot of new single player mission.. and our first custom vehicles... but before we will play a thing we didn't have time to do the last weeks lol

    Hmmm about the sniper... we are aware of all suggestions.. so.. what's exactly the problem ?.. But before.. an indication.. the trg42 in game use two settings with scope... you can choose by changing the zoom... initial zoom has the weapon zeroed to 300m and max zoom zeroed to 800m.. so you can use the sniper rifle for medium and very long range without problem.

    Working for you on a custom model ? Â hmmm so.. if that's true.. maybe you can post some working example please ? Because.. no one is actually able to have working damper on a custom car model... and with only the Class AnimationSources that cannot work... and you say.. you picked it on arma config.. but the problem is that all the anim for BIS models are defined in the p3d so this method cannot work until we have the tools to include the anim in p3d too... Actually anims must be defined in the config.cpp using class CfgSkeletons, CfgModels, Class Animations... and i tested several method.. and the damper source anim doesn't have any effect. All the others anims are okay but not the damper... so.. if you really have the solution.. please explain it to us thank

    In our mod the sg550 is highly dedicated to the Fusiliers.. and they usually use 20 shots magazine..with one shot one kill policy of course.. we are a sniper nation lol The burst fire is not often used.. to be more serious.. the actual sg550 in 1.0 version can be reloaded with a 30rnd magazine without problem.. but no graphical change.. and in 1.1 i will remove this feature cause the new transparent magazine with visible ammo. But all the others sg55x in the mod use the 30rounds magazine  And now.. a few informations about our progress : The 1.1 version of weapon pack is near to be finalized.. with a lot of change and new features.. and we are actually working on the soldiers. For the release.. we are waiting for the next patch of ARMA, we don't want to release a new version for a beta version.. maybe some elements can change. So we will wait the finale 1.07 and after a few test we will release our massive update. Here a screenshot of our actual work on the characters normal maps :
  13. ? You dont need OFP to have O2... simply download it here : http://www.flashpoint1985.com/breathe/mainpage.html But of course you cannot open the originals P3D included in arma... (the new ODOL format isn't compatible with old O2). And for the conversion... there is a few tools able to convert an old p3d in .obj but with some problems about texture coordinates.

    You want info about the tools ? tools are finished since the beginning of arma developpement (they have done the game with them)... and they are certainly waiting to release a few commercial extension to the game before making a few limited tools available to the public... remember OFP Fortunately.. there is some way to make what we need without the news tools.. so the non availability of those tools are actually only a reason for a lot of people to do and to try nothing... Â Â

    I tried every method.. and the translationY too of course.. but nothing works :P and the informations in the biki are incomplete/obsolete.. so if someone can help with working example
  16. Hello, I'm actually trying to have the damper working on a custom vehicle.. but i have some problems... does anybody has managed to have the suspension working using the "damper" source anim ? I'm becoming crazy with this thing

    hmmm.. maybe the path (including the file name) is too long... try with something shorter... and check if the file is at the good place.

    Left-handed player models

    The sg55x assault rifle family is fully ambidextrious too without modification, with fire selector on both sides... and shell are ejected forward right. That's not only for left handed guy.. but also.. in urban combat.. if you need to fire to the left from a wall corner or in specific position...

    Simply continue to use the 1.05 version :P Most 1.07 version of the mods will not be released until the 1.07 finale...
