It's a mast for mounting an assortment of sneaky-beaky devices.Scim looks good Chris.
Any chance you could leave the current plain green texture in the mix with the planned green & black, and des tan versions? Black stripes are increasingly rare as they generally don't get repainted if a vehicle undergoes base repair - not by DSG anyway. You'll notice that newer vehicles that we've procured since the mid-00s like Titan, Trojan, Panther, Terrier, MAN SV and the Bulldog fleet (upgraded FV430s) etc. are all plain green.
Also, any plans to do an Armoured Recce version?
I was actually thinking that about the green and black .... how does the Armoured Reeve version differ? isit without the bar armour and the upgrades , go fast stripes etc?

you can setpos them , so they are hidden . Altho this will make your target smaller , but the effect will be the same .

is that not the same as using the simple targets?

Can do this via triggers along the path quite easy.
Name you targets ( e.g Target1 etc etc )
i would put this on the init of the target so they start " dead "
Target1 SetDammage 1Place trigger
Act - BLUFOR - PresentOnAct - Target1 SetDammage 0

im currently working on a new tank and was just wondering if anyone knew , or if it was even possible to lock off a tank's turret on a X and/or Y Axis?
Basicly what im after is the ability to be able to be in the gunner position and have the option to lock off the turret.
Any help would be great

hey , ive been working on a compass mod for ArmA2 and got it all working nicely in vanilla , but when i run ACE the ACE compass keeps coming up . So ive tryed to work on a replacement pack config but cant seem to get the Main ( RscCompass ) to be replaced . The RscDisplayMainMap changes but not the main compass , not sure if i need another classname or what and wondered if you guys could point me in the right direction.

Just wondering if there was a way that you could have a core unit that can only carry say 1x magazing on his person? e.g like how a USMC has more slots carryable than a civvie does?
any help would be grand !

Yeah i did think that about OpSec ... I only want them really so i can cut about the greenzone's in OA .
Wouldnt be too hard to model the ECM's like, just getting the whip's right.

ECM's -Electronic Counter Measures.They would be well tasty even just as placeholder.
Altho i know about them and roughly how they look , im sure da12th could help you out alot more with them ... Im half sure they they have 3 ECM's on a patrol ( green , red , brown ) i think , not sure which is which but im sure someone will be able to help you out more with this .
Would be mega to see/use them in game tho! Units are looking pure sex too btw top notch !

Right , it has come to attention that some of the parts of the model have been ripped from a possable internal tester or X Dev from Project Reality.
I was given the parts under good faith that the lad ( a " mate " ) had made and was giving me a helping hand to create it. Ive spoke to UK Force and i will be taking off the Screen shots and will be re-do'ing all the parts in question.
Abit of a arse because its set back the release of it , but lesson learnt and hopefully come back looking even better than before.
Thanks to UK Force for being patient with it and not just going mlaarr like i know he must of been tempted to do !!

yeah i will be doing one of these 100% .... will take time now due to recent updates but will soon be back on track doing every variant i can musta up.
